Staff not realy kind, no idea why, they looks dosen't have good Energy when see new Custommer stay here. A bit expensive for that room, we just think with that price we can get good Service 😮💨Room it's good and clean, but the floor in the shower is not good because it is not comfortable for use it because the floor design. The room is very quiet even though we stayed a night in a busy street.We don't have any idea about Breakfast in this hotel because we not take our breakfast in the morning.Location it's good, easy find anyting we need like Food, Coffee, Shopping, and anyting 😁

I absolutely love this place!!! Right on Jl Gootama where there is many great restaurants and warungs! Back enough from the street that you don’t hear anything :) I stayed in room 601 right next to the pool and I can’t fault the room at all! Lovely and clean, no smell at all and probably the best shower pressure I’ve had in Bali (been 3 times now). Staff always around, if they’re not at reception they can be found not far away. Spa on the same property is absolutely incredible too! I will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in Ubud!!

The location is great, and the swimming pool is so small that I don't think adults can play there! Recommended if you just want to sleep well after the tour! Be sure to bring a shower.

We are staying in the Penthouse Villas. Beautiful new room, but all made of wood and you can hear some noise. I recommend it 100% if you want to experience the center of Ubud. The pool is very small and uncomfortable because it is at the reception.
