Overall not a bad place to stay, I found the shower to leave stagnant water which created an issue with a few flies but bugs are expected given where you are already located. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Only downside was the location. There is no access via car to get baggage there and there is 2 entrance points to shorter of the 2 is located near some steps at the Abangan bungalows just off the main road.

The hotel and staff are great and so easy to work with.We arrived at 2 a.m., received a very warm welcome and the conversation on WhatsApp always worked great. When we didn't know where to park our moped, we wrote to you and within seconds an employee was there and accompanied us to the parking lot.The rooms are very large and the air conditioning works great.Bathroom also super big and clean.It was really a great stay with lovely people. THANK YOU, we'll be back.

We had such a lovely stay here, the pool is super relaxing, location looks tricky but it’s very easy to get there and staff is amazing. Rooms are very big and bed was so comfy. We had an amazing time ❤️

There is a bit of an intention to offend when we say “room with swimming pool and view”The swimming pool has a nice view but the room has no view at all, on the contrary the view is rather average with in the background (on the terrace) the noise of the road belowAging room and slight doubt about theCleanlinessOne large napkin per guest, yes why not.Faulty WiFiNo hot waterNo breakfast included in our priceThe value for money is therefore average.The slightly remote location can be interesting, we are quickly in the rice fields

Beautiful place to stay for a few days. We had a great time. The pool was always clean and the temperature of the water was amazing. The breakfast was quite large and delicious! We especially enjoyed our floating breakfast!

Very quiet yet central location (15 min walk to the main street). The view is breathtaking, and staff are lovely. I wish the rooms were cleaner. There was mould on the pillows. Also, if you have heavy luggage, it may be hard to get to. The cars can not stop in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, with excellent and friendly staff who tries hard to help and make the place special. Lovely small infinity pool and little fish pond. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though I enjoyed the location, it can be tricky that it's not accessible by car. We had quite s big luggage and with no problems was transported to the hotel by scooter. I like the location, but I didn't like the narrow and walled road you need to share with scooters and pedestrians (2 way) to get there.Great breakfast and again, fantastic staff.

Overall we were disappointed with our stay.Getting there is a little more difficult, but we were already aware of that based on other reviews and it wasn't that bad.At first glance the accommodation seemed good, but then we noticed that we had some ants in the room and the towels and bed linen were very stained and had an unpleasant smell. We complained about this directly and were promised that they would replace it, but that didn't happen. We also didn't receive any soap or small towels as promised. Only after further complaints did we receive new textiles, which were in the same condition. They're just old and shouldn't be used like that. The blame was always placed on the laundry and once they told us they would buy new textiles for us, nothing happened. Overall the staff is friendly but it's a shame that nothing was done or false promises were made. In addition, our bathroom/room smelled moldy, the shower curtain was dirty and so was the pool, which is why we didn't use it. We were offered breakfast or a massage as compensation, but we didn't accept it because we only had a short time left on site and had already planned everything. After checking out, we contacted the accommodation again and asked for compensation, but we received no response. Very, very unfortunate!

The place surprised us very positively. Incredible rooms, swimming pool, breakfasts with a lot of variety. It is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ubud. Perfect location. The only “downside” is that access is a little complicated, even so the place is incredible.

ProsVery quite surrounding amidst nature.Had great sunset view and rice paddy fields around.The swimming pool with the view.You can rent a motorbike from the same incharge person and park it nearby the room.ConsIt’s very difficult to find the hotel location. One needs to walk or rent a motorbike for reaching the hotel which is around 600m from the mainroad. Or you can contact the incharge person and he’ll pick you up from the mainroad if he’s not busy.It’s not as fancy as you can see in pictures, there were lots of insects inside the room and on the bed.The huge see through glass window in the bathroom had no proper blinds or curtain.And don’t expect to get complimentary breakfast as mentioned.After taking your order they go to market, buy the ingredients and then cook for which you have to wait for more than an hour.

Remotely located, a nice little hotel with a pool with a wonderful viewSunset offers. The rooms are very good and clean, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the help of the staff when checking in, as the path is very steep and cannot be accessed by car. We would recommend renting a scooter, which can be organized through the host. We would come back at any time. Thanks to the team :)

I cannot speak to the reviews already present but I will tell you that it seems they have corrected many of the issues former residents may have had. The place is a tad bit hard to find but for my girlfriend and I the trek was absolutely worth it. For the price being offered I don’t see how there could be a better deal in Ubud. Wayan Su was especially helpful during our stay, pointing us in the right direction for free entertainment and scenic views. The floating breakfast was a highlight for sure and again for the price I could not be happier. It is only about a 10 minute walk and 5 minute scooter ride from the heart of Ubud and about 10 minutes from room4dessert(must try!) as well. If I could give this establishment a 6 out of 5 I’d be happy to.

theres no water heater, no tv channel, no tissue, no handwash, no bowl, no parking area. It was not explained that it was very far from the public road to the villa, up to 200m. so bad.

We told them to fix the internet because it was not work, they said they will solve immediately so we are already check out no one ask no one care no one fix ! Shampoo, body foam and etc.. was empty 🙄But the guy is who work there is helpful he helped us to bring our stuff from 500m you need to walk to this villa from really small road.
