My first NON-HOSPITALITY experience in Indonesia.Beyond the filth everywhere with sick cats jumping on your table and inedible food (fried chicken with all the bones risks chipping your teeth)A truly embarrassing situation I would rule out even for just one night's rest.

Very dirty, full of mould, very hard beds, non-existent assistance, you even have to ask for toilet paper.Not to mention the food.Nobody speaks English, not even a word.They can't even communicate with the translator.It's a real shame because the structure is nice on the outside.

came to check in to the room, towels were not provided, the hot water in the shower couldn't get hot, it was always cold, the TV had no channels at all, I called the officer, just searched, just left, still the problem, the bed sheets had stains and hadn't been cleaned :( Only a good location

Stayed here twice for business purposes, before and after crossing to/from the Togian Islands.Stayed in room 110, twin beds, the room was clean, not too spacious but enough for two, breakfast was okay, if you ordered dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious, the lawaka fried rice and seafood fried rice were delicious, the banana chocolate brown cheese was good, toast joss.In terms of location on the beach, it is still quite close if you want to cross to Togean.It is quite recommended to stay here

The food is really delicious, home style... the view is the beach and sunset, there is a cafe too. Lots of cute catsThe employees are also quick to handle any requests quicklyminus the water for bathing is not warm enough.

We stayed at Lawaka Hotel in Ampana for one night before traveling to Togean Island. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It was a convenient and pleasant stay, making our journey to Togean Island smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a short stay!

Ostensibly this is a very good looking hotel, somebody put a great deal of effort to build this resort. Unfortunately, they made zero effort in upkeep or staffing afterwards.Although the rooms are decorated nicely, there are issues such as ants infestation, and mosquitoes, dripping taps, air conditioner does not cool sufficiently and drips all over the bedroom floor. No toilet paper or soap is supplied. Water stains on the ceiling. Electrical outlets do not all work. The toilet is spraying water all over the floor constantly. The front desk staff do not speak any English. The menu in the kitchen is extremely limited and has no vegetables, I got mild food poisoning from spaghetti chicken bolognese, which was also ridiculously spicy by the way, I couldnโt eat more than 10 bites. Also a handful of feral cats wandering around in the kitchen and everywhere elseโฆ.Fortunately, this is just a stopover for one night, I couldnโt recommend this hotel less.
