Didn’t stay at the hotel but visited the bar/restaurant and it was such a big disappointment.They only had three main dishes labelled as vegan, two of them having the ‘pattie’ as a main ingredient. We ordered two dishes and were patiently waiting for our food for 20+ minutes, when staff comes around to say they were sold out on the pattie and they could only make the other dish. I asked if there was another non-veg dish they could swap an ingredient but they only offered a chicken salad (around 85k) but without the chicken???? Having so many other options on the menu (smaller bites), the only effort they could make to accommodate their lack of ingredients was charging me an outrageous price for a salad without its main ingredient. NO thank you!I don’t understand why businesses here have this habit of making people wait for 25/30 minutes to let them know they’re sold out on the food they ordered. There was only ONE other table with about 4 or 5 people, so they could’ve easily checked the order as it just came in to make sure they at least have the ingredients or come up with a solution.Two stars because they offer complimentary water but the rest needs more love.

God I loved this place. Perfect social atmosphere without party vibes. The free dinner is waaaaaay better than anything you'd find at a Resto and creates a really social atmosphere. Everytime after dinner either went out or stayed in chatting. Just really good. The guys who run it are total sweeties as well ;)

Very bad experienceTraveling solo for 4 months in Asiathe day before I arrived on the islandOut of consideration, I book 2 nights in a female dormitory via bookingIn the morning I send an e-mail to modify the reservation (men's dormitory) without responseI arrive at the end of the afternoon tired and hungry.To my great surprise I was left without a solution. I came here after staying at another hostel.The space between the beds is wide so there is no discomfort between the beds.I really like that the bathroom is attached to the room.The water pressure is also goodI left because I couldn't extend it, but it was a place I wanted to stay longer.The downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but you can't catch them because the ceiling is high.However, the blanket is thin, so I can avoid mosquitoes while sleeping with my head covered all the way up.

Jungalow is a great option in Gili T. The poom and rooms are great. The guys make your stay so good and make you feel at home & it's a great one to meet people due to the dinner they organise every evening. Would definitely come back!

+++The location is very good. The pool is also great and I enjoyed a lot the snorkeling trip organized by the hostel (we have to pay for it but it was good value for money).The staff is also very nice. The room was very clean.They organised a pool party that seemed to be very fun (I was not able to join). It's not too noisy for a hostel.---I would not say that the individual room is good value for money. I paid around 55€ per night for an individual room which is a rather high budget here and the room was small without furniture (no table or cupboard which wasn't super easy to put my stuff).The breakfast is average.

Its clear to see that the guys who manage Jungalow do their best to make you feel welcomed. Very conveniently located in East Gili T, where the shops, restaurants, beach are. Clean and comfy. Breakfast is yum! They even have scrambled tofu! Drinking water available from the bar. Always an evening event to taste some local food.Has a hostel vibe, clubbing music until 3am Sunday morning.

Excellent service, I really had a great time! The place is very nice, it is very clean, the vibe of the place is very good! But the best thing about the place is the staff! They are very helpful! And good vibes, you really feel like family and with the confidence to ask anything, we had a problem with our bikes and they helped us! So far it has been one of the best places I have stayed in all of Indonesia.

Second time i stay at jungalow and i always feel like part of the family since the arrival to the accomodation. Eman and all the remaining staff are very cool people always ready to give the best tips about what to do in Gili T.Also the bedrooms, pool and food are really nice for the price we payed.5 stars!

I stayed here as a solo traveler and immediately felt welcomed in as one of the Jungalow’s family. The entire staff is super friendly, and there are good vibes everywhere! The rooms are spacious and clean. There are many chill out zones near the bar and pool area to unwind and relax. I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Gili T!

As a couple, Jungalow was great: with incredibly cute houses and a lovely swimming pool. The staff is very sweet and showed us the best snorkeling spots on the island, helped us with bicycles and did a jam session with us in the evening. I would definitely come back here if I'm on Gili T again.

Perfect little bungalows with a swimming pool and a bar. Close to the pier and restaurants. Eman was very helpful with organising a tour, getting us bikes and in general made us feel at home.
