Location near Lintasit airport (free delivery to the airport for those staying) only pay for parking at the airport.Free food... delicious and varied.The hotel is clean and beautiful, there are swings for children to play...Recommend to stay here..

The location is close to Lintasit airport. But the quality of the hotel is very bad. If you don't have to, you won't stay here. Highly not recommended, the rooms look neglected. There was a lot of rat droppings in the bathroom, there was also rat droppings on the bed, the bed had holes in it, hot water was very limited, the room didn't have air conditioning, the pillowcases were so bad that they had to pay for extra bedcovers. the AC remote is broken, TV broadcasts are very limited. Breakfast is not delicious and not varied. The only thing that's good is the coffee. There was bread but the srikaya jam was out of stock and not refilled. Room number 03 was behind the staff mess and there was a lot of giggling until 11 at night. There is also karaoke in their cafe and it is very annoying because it is noisy. the price is relatively expensive, 330 thousand standard and 440 thousand for deluxe. The waiters were not well educated, especially at the restaurant, they kept asking questions or not and instead asked other staff. Hadeh.There is Noah Travel which can take you to the airport at a rate of 50 thousand/person (expensive even though it's close)Overall not satisfactory. May it be improved better.

Holidays from Jakarta to Medan access to the airport is close by and there is a transfer to Lintasit airport. The hotel receptionist is female friendly, but the hotel restaurant service is terrible. Starting from when I ordered watered kwetiau which was said to be available, I had to wait 15 minutes when I was told it was finished. If it's finished, you should know even though the restaurant is being backed up with other cafe staff. Both foods took a long time to arrive and the prices listed were not stated (not subject to 10% tax). I was a bit shocked when the food tax was calculated per item, not immediately the total was x 10%... and when the total price was calculated after tax was calculated, it was 40 thousand different. I asked you to just keep quiet... hopefully next time someone from outside the area comes again, don't play around with the price. And for those at the restaurant, be more careful and count again before paying.Thank You

Accompanied my husband on assignment in Lintasit, stayed for 3 nights, clean room cleaned every day, replaced with towels and mineral water, wipes were replaced immediately, the internet was smooth, the waiters were friendly from CS to the restaurant, friendly and very helpful, home-cooked breakfast food, first day there's chicken stew, the next day it's fried rice and vermicelli, the next day it's vegetable lodeh with anchovy sauce and eggs, those who like toast but there's also fruit and the most thumbs up even though in non-Muslim areas the direction of the Qibla and prayer mats are in the room, the prayer room is also outside the room πππ πMother Goddess of Banten

The location is good near Lintasit airport, there is a car to the airport for free, just pay for parking.The hotel facilities are very lacking, there is only one socket and it is located 1 meter from the floor so you can't charge your cellphone. Luckily you can borrow a roller cable.The hot water didn't run smoothly, the sound of the water pump was noisy last night and disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was mediocre
