It's a shame that the experience of staying here could be said to be very bad. For a large villa and a fairly good location, in terms of maintenance it is very lacking.The following points must be conveyed:1. The room AC is not cold at all2. The bed sheets were dirty and had lots of stains3. The sink in one of the rooms does not turn on4. The refrigerator is not cold and leaks so the kitchen/pantry is flooded5. The room in front of the swimming pool is damp6. The toilet near the billiard table cannot be closed tightly7. The bedroom balcony door is off the rail so it cannot be opened sideways8. The water heater sometimes turns on/off when showeringUnfortunately, at this time we cannot recommend staying here as long as there is no proper maintenance.Regards

Very satisfied with my 2 night 3 day staycation at Villa Halla. The villa has 5 rooms and each room has a bathroom. The view is really good, especially from the room. The bathroom is clean, the water heater functions well. But unfortunately the door doesn't have a lock. The swimming pool is indoor, so it's safe if it rains.

Facilities are lacking, the water is dead, you have to pay to use the AC, the karoke mic is only taken at dawn, access to exit the villa is like a wilderness, lots of sightings in the swimming pool area, the pool water stings with lots of chlorine

Good view, bad facilities, horror, scary, tense, want to turn on the AC, have to charge 300 thousand, all the water is dead, there's no mic for karoeke, the swimming pool is dirty, the door can't be locked. The kitchen is dirty, there's only 1 stick for billiards, Basically, I don't really recommend this villa.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed with this Hala villa because it didn't meet my expectations.*In terms of the building, this villa is indeed magnificent, but unfortunately the villa is not well maintained (even though the view is good)*The staff is rude, his face looks like he doesn't want to help.*A lot of furniture is damaged and not suitable.*The door to the downstairs room near the swimming pool doesn't have a lock or handle, neither does the bathroom*During your stay there were lots of workers working very noisy, knocking on pagers and lots of workers wandering around so you didn't feel safe*The stairs are destroyed, it's really scary and can cause blisters on your feet*The villa is dirty*The bathroom is muddy and the water doesn't flow* Behind the kitchen is very dirtyTry to improve the facilities again*Karaokean is broken (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't)*The swimming pool is dirty, just add chlorine to make the water clean but the floor is dirty.*There is very little cooking equipment, the cooking equipment should be ready in place. But we always have to ask the guard, then take it.My suggestion is that this Hala villa needs to be repaired or renovated. And try to find a more productive keeper who doesn't throw responsibilities here and there, because a villa as big and as good as this is if it isn't maintained it would be a shame.

The TV cable or sound cable is messy.*The swimming pool is dirty, just add chlorine to make the water clean but the floor is dirty.*There is very little cooking equipment, the cooking equipment should be ready in place. The villa is nice, there are 5 rooms, a karoke swimming pool, a billiard table, parking for 4 cars and a spacious kitchen. The hot water is okMinuses: the sliding door can't be locked in the room, the swimming pool is checked for cleanliness, the billiard table carpet is being replaced

Kinda Horror.It just happened last Saturday 5/8/2023, in the middle of the night my brother went into the kitchen, suddenly someone pushed him, after that my 20 month old son kept crying. And apparently someone said my child was being bullied. In the morning I took my child outside to the side of the jackfruit tree. When we got there, my child said "owan" (people), then I asked "where are you, son?"... then my child pointed to the dump under the jackfruit tree, which even though it was empty, there were no people. If you go there, don't bring a baby
