One of the cheapest and most comfortable boarding houses in the UMP area. I live here from December 2022-July 2023. There are two floors. In total there are 30 rooms. Can be per month or per year.Facilities:1. Room 3x32. Mattress + cupboard3. Parking space4. Drying area on the 2nd floor5. Shared kitchen6. Refrigerator7. Outside bathroom8. WiFi9. Pay your own token for electricity (but this is cheap depending on usage. I paid 50 thousand tokens for 2 months)10. Ma'am, the boarding house keeper is really good.Here we live together with the boarding house keeper. My sister cleans this boarding house every day. Starting from the kitchen, bathroom, front area of the room, throwing away rubbish, etc. So you don't need to worry about your boarding house being dirty, but yes, you still have good intentions to help clean it, at least sweeping the front of your room yourself.Erm, what else? Anyway, it's comfortable to stay here, cheap prices with sufficient facilities and services. It is proven that this boarding house is always full, there are rarely empty rooms. If there are vacancies, they will be immediately filled by students who want to book a room. Highly recommended!

The boarding house is cool and cool, I really like living here. From the 4th semester until I graduated from college, I lived here. It's cool, the atmosphere is comfortable, it's busy too, so it's really nice to stay here...
