Please read it before checking in, it doesn't match the description, there's no hot water, the TV doesn't work, the bathtub leaks badly, I regret coming here after ordering 2 days later. With a price like that, it's better to look for another place to add a little more but I'm satisfied with 1 star. + the guard / receptionist is very friendly and the service is stellar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Next time I will never invite you to stay overnight with my family, I will regret it.

There is no information if the AC is damaged. Ask to change rooms, add more money, it's like ordering a 5 star hotel.How slow is it? Not really nice. The child even screamed and cried because it was too hot.

All files. The TV doesn't have a remote (when asked by the person on duty, he said he didn't have one) even though it was clear there was an idle TV in the room.Didn't get a drink, even though if there was a drink please serve it and the blanket (or bed cover?) was as thin as tissue 🥺For a very strategic location on the side of the road and directly in front of the beach.

The rooms are comfortable, order via Agoda a week before so you get a cheap price 😍, the AC is a bit less cold, there is also a TV unfortunately it doesn't work. An electric water heater kettle is provided. To go to the beach, just cross the road, but to get to Batukaras beach, the tourist area is quite far, you have to use another vehicle. For those who don't like crowds, the beach near this hotel is fine, lots of foreigners surf during the day. Sunrise spot. Anyway, it's a bit far from Indomaret/Alfa so supplies have to be safe, there are also small stalls actually in front of the hotel but they're not very complete.

For those who plan to stay here, please read this review first.So the story is that we booked this hotel from November 12 to use it on December 23 via Traveloka, on the same day we got a voucher. And on the day we arrived, the receptionist calmly said that our tickets had been canceled and the funds had been refunded via Traveloka because the rooms were full, then we checked the application and email and there was no notification in question. After going through a long debate, the hotel finally offered a replacement room which was far from adequate (and we also had to REPAY IN CASH because the funds we had paid via Traveloka were deemed to have been canceled even though we had not received the refund), the AC didn't work, the TV was off, the faucet The hot water doesn't work, and the grade is below what we ordered. They didn't even take care of the refund funds, aka we took the trouble ourselves by calling the contact center. Because we were tired from traveling, we were FORCED to accept this option, and it was also difficult to suddenly find another hotel on a long holiday when all the other hotels were full. So this is really not RECOMMENDED guys, it's better to look for another HOTEL that is more expensive but the service is good and doesn't harm visitors.

Super recommended if you're just looking for a break. There is AC, WiFi and TV (but no channels are on😅) I don't recommend WFA, the signal is not good, but if you get a fast WiFi signal👍🏻Got towels but didn't get toiletries. Location right across from the beach (note: not a surf spot) needs more maintenance but overall worth the price👍🏻
