I am totally not satisfied with only giving one review about this terrible hotel. I feel the pain at that time. How bad service this hotel gave to me. You know what? I was traveling from Pekanbaru to Dumai and arrived there at 12:00 AM middle night. At that time i was exhausted then i got bad service like that. It was like I want punch the receptionist face. He force me to pay more if I want to get the room with AC. He told me, the room that i booked is only use fan and fan was not exist now, you have to pay more. He was looting me at that time. Once i have paid to the garbage, i think the problem have been settle but I was wrong. The condition of hotel very terrible. The mattress covered by dust, many mosquitos, no slippers, shampoo, soap and the floor dirtiest, it's like never cleaned properly. I would like to warn you all. Please don't ever book this hotel. Keep my word.

Booked a room via Agoda, only to arrive at the location but was told to pay additional money because the room booked was not available and had to book another room which was more expensive. That's the reason, you know. Preet dah

Cheap accommodation in the city center close to the mosque and also the police station, motorbikes can be parked near the reception so it's safer.

From the outside it looks shabby and unkempt, but after entering the room, even though the bed is simple, the mattress is soft, comfortable, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the water is plentiful and clear, the toilet is well maintained.

The room rate does not match what is offered. The hotel asks for extra if you want a room that meets the specifications when booking online. Drinking water is not provided. No equipment for bathing is provided. Towels were provided after being asked for. The room is stuffy, air circulation is not smooth.

Not really... the old building is ugly, it's dark... can't get a refund. There is no Oyo label on the mattress and pillow. Oh come on... you should just pay on the spot so you're both satisfied. Look at the location first, facilities, etc. then pay.
