Overall, the accommodation is clean, comfortable and cheap. The mattress is comfortable, not hard, the room is air-conditioned, the blanket is soft, the pillow is soft, and everything has no musty or dirty smell. The location is also quite close to everywhere. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight but don't want it to be expensive.

Have stayed here twice and have always been satisfied. Clean rooms and toilets. The guards are friendly. The location is quite far from the city center but close to campuses (UB Polinema). Parking is also a bit lacking

I got a very comfy cube! This is also my first experience taking a cube for accommodation. Very much fitting for backpackers and solo travelers. The bathroom is spacious. Very friendly hosts as well!

Everything is clean, and for the price offered, it's really worth it for a solo traveler. The facilities are also complete, starting from hot water, AC, WiFi, etc. Next time I go to Malang, I will stay here again

I've stayed there twice, so far it's comfortable and the caretaker's brother is friendly, a suggestion might be to improve the bathroom facilities, the bedrooms are comfortable, there's free coffee in the kitchen

The place is clean, prices are cheap, the guards are friendly, there are hot and cold showers, there is free coffee and tea, there are paid snacks for sale too. In front of the alley there are many food vendors. The location in the housing complex is quite good if it is from the main road. For the price with facilities like that, I think it's worth it

The guy at reception really kind even if he doesn't speak English (we managed with Google translate) BUT matress is not confy, there is only 1 toilet/bathroom for all the guests (3 or 4 rooms in toal), and the bathroom is really basic. Not easy to find, even with Google maps....
