On the day I had a staycation here. I got there at 9 pm. Because I was far from Surabaya city and it was raining heavily at that time. When we arrived there, the homestay was no longer inhabited. It was proven that the lights had turned off, there was no one there at all, and there was one light on on the 2nd floor that was on and off😭😭. Even though I had already paid for it two days ago. I was really crying... I asked for recommendations for other hotels but couldn't get them... It was a Saturday night... All the accommodation was full at that time. And found 1 inn far from there at. 01.00..and there was no appreciation whatsoever from Oyo or the homestay in question

The location is near the Coban Rais parking lot so it's easy to find. The villa is clean, neat, there are 6 rooms, complete pillows, lots of extra mattresses, suitable for family or group gatherings. The water heater functions well, on the 3rd floor there is a gazebo, clothesline & children's pool. The kitchen equipment is not bad but it's not complete in the containers so if you want to cook alone with a lot of personnel it's a bit difficult. The landscape view is beautiful, especially at night & sunrise. Sunset didn't know because she checked in when it was already dark.Highly recommended, just a bit lacking in kitchen equipment, overall okayOh yes, we book via direct contact person

Very bad, I already booked via the Travelok application, as soon as the day arrived, the location said it was full and fully booked, I was far from out of town, I hope my money is a blessing, I can't get a refund.
