5 stars because the service is really good.. The atmosphere is great.. Will definitely come back again if you go to Batu.. Just 1 suggestion, give a bicycle so customers can see the cool surrounding views

The road to the villa is quite small because there is something being built on either side, so cars take turns passing by. The first time you enter, you immediately feel that the villa is very clean, complete with carpets, karoke, eg, kitchen and its contents, stove, Majid com, dishes, etc., soap is also available. There is a refrigerator too, I got 4 rooms in villa I 3, you can add an extra bed for just 50 thousand. But if during the day the room with the bathroom above is a bit hot, maybe you can use a fan, the mattress will sink, but over all it's still good for staying overnight. The swimming pool is okay but the water is a bit dirty, maybe because the top immediately opens when rain enters the water. The service sir is friendly and helpful. Oh yes, maybe if there was glass it would be better. Thank you so much, we are all happy, I hope we can go on holiday there again next time...

Recommended villa in Batu City, the price is cheap, the place is clean, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is clean, the bathroom is also clean...

Large cars cannot be parked in the garage. The TV uses an internal antenna and it's difficult to get a signal. The water heater cannot be used. There is only AC in 2 rooms, 1 room doesn't have it. The swimming pool goes straight to the top, so when it rains, the pool is dirty.

Ferwa type villa. Villa with 4 bedroom facilities on the top floor. But there was 1 bed that was uncomfortable to sleep on because of the jeglong. There is a TV that works well, a kitchen, strong wifi, hot water, a swimming pool with duck floats.When heading to the villa, initially following Google maps, we missed a very narrow road. Finally turned around. It's better to take the direction from BNS to have a safe way to this villa. The admin is friendly and kind, complaints are responded to quickly and responsively. No breakfast. Carport can accommodate 2 cars. Happy to be able to stay at this villa. Thank You

Dirty villa. All facilities are less than satisfactory. The garden has lots of caterpillars and aphids, it just makes your body itchy.But I really respect the gardener, but after I went there the second time, housekeeping said the gardener was fired because he couldn't pay the gardener, is that true? Then he said, every working day, in the eyes of these people, is that true? For the admin, very rude. Too rude to his boss.

Thank God, large families are very comfortable, satisfied, really like staying at Djagad Type Ferwa Villa, spacious, complete, affordable prices. the room, toilet, pool were all clean and thank God we got breakfast... Housekeeping Mas Rama and Admin Ms Putri were very quick to respond. Thank you, Very Recommended. There is a swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hot water, kitchen with complete equipment, fast Wi-Fi, one gate system location (safe). Beautiful natural scenery. You just have to be extra careful when accessing here. Don't rely entirely on GPS because it's directed by a compass, it's better to go via the main road.

The place is nice, clean, complete, decent prices. But I've been here twice and there's always been a problem with the water. The first in 2021 was a problem with the bathroom leaking from the roof. Second, just yesterday the water was dead for 2 days, the villa didn't have a reservoir, so visitors had to share water hahaha, just like in the old days. Luckily the housekeeper is kind and nimble, but it's a shame because only mother and child (2 people) take care of all the villas in the Djagad housing complex. Hopefully there will soon be improvements from the office/manager regarding the water system, and additional field officers.
