A good villa for people who want to bring pets on holiday, this villa allows dogs, cats, etc. But there are several problems such as the water heater which is often broken, so the water in the bathroom is always cold, the rooms are sometimes not clean. During my stay, I found cockroaches and other insects. And wifi is not smooth on the 2nd floor. Wifi can only be used on the 1st floor.

As soon as I entered, I immediately liked it, it was clean, comfortable, every bathroom had a water heater, the rental was friendly, the boss responded quickly when asking questions, the rooftop was great, the view of Mount Panderman was very close, the east side of Mount Arjuno 😍😍 If you were on the rooftop there was a swimming pool, the swimming pool was even better hehehehe

The rooftop is cool, there is a very good view, view of Mount Arjuna, view of Mount Panderman, the air is so cool, it's really comfortable to be there, the location is not far from public places, everywhere is close... the service is fast and very friendly... highly recommended

Recommended, cheap rental, cool view, strategic location, close to everywhere, just walk to Batu city hall and enjoy very nice mountain views, yes, the bathroom has a water heater in the bathroom...

FYI, we booked for 3 days and 2 nights. At the beginning of the booking, we were promised that we could check in early, but suddenly we couldn't check in on H-1, but oh well, we understand what it's called, we're also looking for money, on the day we arrived according to the checkin time at 1 o'clock, it turned out we couldn't check in yet, the guests had just arrived. got out, finally we waited for the house to be cleaned for almost an hour, when we arrived the rooftop had not been cleaned yet it was still dirty, lots of rubbish, the refrigerator had rotten food leftovers, then there were many facilities that couldn't be used, like karaoke, it turned out the mic was broken and couldn't connect to the TV, the TV was Also, the channels can't be changed, you can only trans TV, on the second and third day the water goes back and forth and the electricity also goes down, so the staff service is a bit minus, maybe it could be refined a bit, the plus is that the house is actually comfortable, nice, the kitchen equipment is complete and it's nice to have. use it, the view from the rooftop at night is really good, although the first experience was a bit unpleasant but if you have the opportunity you can book there again, suggestions for wifi and smart TV, hopefully we can use it tomorrow

I stayed here 1 night with my family (8 adults, 2 children). the first time I entered the house, the only word came out is "WOAH!" love this house so much! it has 4 bedrooms, in second floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom inside, 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom in the first floor. this house has three floors with a beautiful-scenery-rooftop! we were always amazed with the scenery, such an amazing view. you can see the sunrise and sunset, but the sunrise is way much better than the sunset. it has 2 TVs, but the TV in the first floor has more channel. the only minus in this house is electricity. it will suddenly black out when you turn on all the lamps. and no wifi. :)
