The air conditioner in room 46-47 is not cool at all.Came to rent a resort to sleep comfortably, but the air conditioner was not cool. It felt very bad, very hot.

The room is clean. Good service staff I called and said the hot water didn't work. I quickly came to come look at it. I take great care of customers. Staying here is inexpensive. Single bed 400, double bed 450. Good value.

The rooms need to be improved a bit. Some rooms have cockroaches and have a bad smell. But overall, it's okay to stay. The price is average. There should be a kettle for hot water. Coffee in the morning would be good.

The staff provided very poor service. They spoke badly and their facial expressions did not welcome guests. We called to reserve a room in advance and clearly informed the time of arrival (along with requesting to pay for the room reservation first). But when we arrived at the accommodation The employee informed me that the room was full. Didn't reserve a room for you. Refrain from responsibility by telling us that the resort was full of rooms and couldn't help us and let us find another place to stay. Very bad, very bad😤😤🙄🙄

The rooms are clean, the entrance to the resort is not good, should put a towel to prevent slipping and falling. Because we slipped and fell, we want the resort to urgently improve. Reserve 2 rooms. Room 1 has a bed in another room and the mattresses are stacked on top of each other. The remote that the TV doesn't have is good. The room rate is cheap.

I give only 3 stars because the service of the employees is lower than what a star can get.The air conditioned rooms are not very cool, but there are employees who use emotions. How can you talk about not being cool? There was wind coming out.Classified as immature, that is to sayI didn't come to ask to sleep for free. I wasted money. You're a fool and show off your intelligence. The owner should also come and take care of me.
