This place is actually nice. The owner has very good taste. Unfortunately, the maintenance is very poor. The cleanliness of the bathroom, the garden in the room, the walls of the room seem to have never been cleaned. Maybe because the manager/guard (Mas Dodo?) who is trusted by the owner, doesn't have the soul of someone who understands accommodation and has a very bad attitude. Tends to be arrogant/arrogant, maybe he doesn't want to be called a servant. When we arrived, no one greeted us at all. As soon as we rang the bell several times, a man (Dodo) appeared with a face that was not friendly at all. There were no pleasantries like people receiving guests, just pointing to the rooms we had booked.When I asked my friend for the WiFi password, Mr Dodo, who was in the room near the prayer room, said there was no Wi-Fi. Even though my cellphone automatically connected to WiFi because I had stayed overnight 2 months ago. Employees like this need to be trained on how to "serve guests" especially with this cool apt home stay concept.Here I am attaching photos that might be of extra interest to the owner to better monitor the work of the person he or she is entrusted with managing. It would be a shame if the material is as good as it is if it is not cared for properly.It's a shame that the photo of the garden is dirty with dry leaves that have not been maintained and is erased.The living room is very comfortable for families, non-smoking.But the smell of cigarettes in the room when you enter is very disturbing. Maybe there are ashtrays provided in the garden for guests to smoke there.Hopefully the owner's attention and correction will improve the quality of employees who can be trusted to look after/care for/serve

The service here is not good. The receptionist was not friendly, tended to frown all the time, and when spoken to, she seemed annoyed.The rooms are quite comfortable, the AC functions normally, there is no special parking area, the parking is on the side of the road (in front / outside the hotel fence). Prices are more expensive than surrounding hotels with friendlier service. That's all, right...!? Hopefully this will be input to become better.

This hotel is as the name suggests. Cool. Then the room is like a 3 star hotel. It's just that it's only 1 floor. There is a private terrace, the AC is cold... there is hot water. Shower, towels and toiletries are available. The hotel is clean. The location is quite inland so it's nice to rest after activities. If I go to Surabaya again, I want to stay here again

I stayed here, because this place is simple but the atmosphere is comfortable.

Accommodation with quite nice interior. Very suitable for family members of UPN students who will attend the graduation ceremony. The place is in a quiet location without much hustle and bustle of the city.
