Superb! It was really fun staying at Omah Betakan. The rooms are nice and clean. As soon as you open the room, it smells really good.Because my body is not feeling well, just order a dinner of rice and omelettes. It's not on the menu of course, but it's OK. What's extra, I asked if there were people who massage, apparently there were too. Wow, it's getting more complete. The massage therapist is super amazing.Right in front of the inn stretches rice fields. It's nice to relax on the terrace while reading a book. It's also nice to walk around the accommodation through the rice fields and enjoy the calm city. The ladies and gentlemen who guard this inn are all friendly and kind.This place is quite far from everywhere, around 30-40 minutes from the city of Yogya. If you need a slow living holiday, this is the place.

What a cozy & quiet place in west of Jogjakarta where mind & soul healed in Omah Betakan. Beutiful sunrise with scenery of rice field when wake up really overwhelmed experience. Thanks to the owner, lovely and humble couple Mas Mamato & Mba Anisa that treat us not as customer but as a family. Very recommended place to visit in Jogjakarta.

The place is quiet, suitable for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a slow bar and the breakfast is delicious! It needs to be kept clean because under the mattress is quite dirty. For those bringing children, please be prepared to bring your own toys because there is no TV hehehe. You have to be smart so that your child doesn't become cranky, afraid of being noisy and disturbing others (oh yes, the walls are not very soundproof ππ»)

While staying at this inn, the heart becomes calm, the mind is calm, and the physical body feels recharged.Beautiful, ethnic, clean, comfortable and quiet. The mattress in the room is fluffy, sleeping feels like you're being hugged by a cloud hehe, the water pressure is okay, there's a water heater, the amenities are complete. You can do kilos of laundry, there's wifi, lots of photo spots, especially the views of the rice fields and beautiful gardens. The staff is super duper friendly, the admin is responsive from the start of booking and requests.Staying alone, with your partner, or with your extended family is also okay. But this accommodation is more suitable for those who want to rest, slow living and relax... if you're on a business trip and need a set, it's not really suitable. Even though it's quiet here, privacy and security are a bit lacking, it's not soundproof for sure (mind your voice so you don't disturb other guests), the lock is still manual using a padlock from the outside and a wooden latch from the inside.The cafe downstairs has a delicious menu, from main meals, snacks, to desserts, I suggest ordering before you're hungry, because the concept is a slow bar so you can't really rush it heheheOverall, I really enjoyed staying here, and will definitely come back again.

I've never stayed here, I've only seen the room when my boss just happened to open it. The rooms are nice, clean & aestheticβ¨+delicious food+there is a prayer room+clean toilet+friendly & fast service+ God willing, parking on the side of the road is safe because there is CCTV+cool cool atmosphere because there are lots of trees & the edge of rice fields+ginger milk & sere tea are delicious π€―FYI, the ginger milk uses plain boxed milk, not sweetened condensed milk. And it actually has grilled ginger and it's really delicious, it's not overly sweet.The lemongrass tea is also delicious, the lemongrass is delicious. So refreshingAlways success β¨
