Near the city center, the service is pleasant, the rooms, bathroom facilities, toiletries are all clean. The atmosphere is calm, feels like home, in fact there are all the bolsters next to the pillow... it's great, rest will be calm and comfortable, you won't regret it...👍😄

Guaranteed you won't regret it!I've been staying here for weeks even though the distance to my work location is +- 30 minutes hahahaWorth it at this price, really good quality, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and the owner has a cat (I like cats 😻)

This is the most pleasant accommodation with good architecture that I have ever stayed in Yogyakarta city. I booked a single room with very good facilities in its price point. I got a single bed equipped with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, good lighting, AC, water heater, standard bathroom equipment, and shared facilities (pantry with stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser). On the top floor there is also a semi-outdoor room to enjoy the sunrise or sunset with views of the surrounding environment. On the ground floor there is also a parking area that can accommodate about 4 cars and several motorbikes. The road access to the accommodation is very easy, and there are many popular culinary shops around the accommodation area. The check-in process is very easy and the accommodation staff are very friendly & helpful. There is no reason not to come back here if I am in Jogja, because you will get more than what you pay for.

The rooms are really nice, it's really beautiful to live here. The location is in the middle, going to the city is close, going to the top is also close.Comfortable, minimalist and aesthetic.There is a toilet in the room, there is hot water too. I stayed here for approximately 9 nights and was very comfortable hereOverall TOP!!

A very comfortable hotel and feels like it's not a hotel but like a homeLocation :It is located at Jakal Km. 8So it's just rightNot too city, but not too upscale eitherThere are lots of places to eat around the hotel and it's close to a mini marketThe hotel's location is near a residential complex, so it's really quietClose if you want to play in Kaliurang, Magelang, and KotaIt's a bit far if you want to go to Gunung Kidul, Prambanan or other southern areasRooms:Very aestheticThe layout of the cupboards, TV, bed, everything is neat and niceThe LED lights are good, so it adds a comfortable impressionBathroom:The toilet is clean, smells goodThere is hot water, and a sinkThe only downside is there is no bidet(I prefer a bidet to one that just sprays like that)Services :The guards are very friendlyThere is a dispenser for free water refills and you can borrow eating utensils in the kitchen (but wash them after using them)Safety:Very safeThere are those on standby guarding until the eveningThe gate is closed until 11 o'clockAfter that, you have to call the person on dutyBecause the location is near the complex, there is a complex portal which is closed every 12 o'clock at nightBut it will definitely be opened by the security guard on guard if we say we are hotel guestsConclusion:The hotel is recommended for solo travelInstead of staying in places where you only get a bed and share a bathroom,Better here

New building, still nice and clean. What I like is that there is a window in the room that can be moved so that fresh air can come in and there is also a UV-blind to control the intensity of the incoming light. The mattress is standard, because it's new so it's still soft (although not top quality). The bathroom has hot water with a machine in each room. Wi-fi is good for streaming, although sometimes it lags. It's just a shame that the TV is from the Changhong brand which is really considered a smart TV because it's not an Android TV.

The rooms are very comfortable and aesthetic. Good facilities with prices under 150 thousand rupiah for the single bed type. There are smart TVs for netflix, YouTube etc. However, it is not connected to a digital TV antenna. The bathroom is clean and nice, hot water runs smoothly. Parking is quite spacious and shady for motorbikes. There are quite a lot of food choices around the location. Located in a complex on Jalan Bull between 2 main roads, Jalan Kaliurang (Jakal) and Jalan Monjali. The distance from the city center is around 7-8 km. The owner is kind and friendly. You can leave your bag when checking out. There is a deposit of 50 thousand rupiah for single bed rooms. There is a waiting room which also has a refrigerator and a sink for washing cutlery.

MasyaAllah, it's very comfortable for a staycation 😍 I didn't expect that prayer equipment, drinking water bottles, toiletries and a bag of dirty clothes were provided 🤩 really clean, fragrant... 🤩🤩🤩 next time you want to go on a staycation to Jogja, you must stay here 😭😭
