The place is clean, very comfortable and safe! The owner and all employees are very friendly and full of family. Highly recommended👍👍

Stayed a Friday and Saturday in Sep 2024. Both nights we couldn't sleep due to the karaoke blasting music late at night (it is now past 2am Sunday, time of this review).Overall, you get what you pay for, for IDR 774k (or EUR 45) you can't really complain.* Cleanliness is fine (we had bad smell coming from the shower drain upon arrival which was sorted by the staff, but the sink remained clogged),* Comfort is rudimentary but passable (again see price point),* Breakfast also rudimentary,* Staff is helpful,* Bike rental is also a plus due to advantageous pricing (IDR 75-85), although I'd be really wary when driving, one the bikes (the smaller one) has a rear brake issue.I you are a traveller on a budget and you enjoy partaking in nightlife activities (as to not be bothered by the loud music) this might be a great place. For couples looking for more comfort and rest, I'd look for another place to stay.

Super nice, the place is very cozy, you feel like it's your home. The only downside is that there is a place nearby where they play quite loud music at night, but it is still a pleasure to stay there. We have been to many places and this is without a doubt the best because of the proximity, cleanliness and comfort. A 10 even and there is local music at night.

From the first moment they make you feel at home, clean rooms, perfect breakfast (you can make whatever toast you want), friendly staff. Charming owner, they help you at all times, offer laundry service, motorcycle rental and excursions at affordable prices. I would recommend this place if you want to be comfortable on the island.A++++.

This place is just off the main coastal road and they have good signage to help find. From this place driving along the coastal road during sunset is so beautiful.The entire place is so well kept and probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning in my room wasn't working, they immediately moved us to another room for the night whilst they had it fixed. The hot water in the room is very good. Breakfast is good and there is a pantry for you to make drinks 24/7. You can even buy drinks here without going out to the mart.Only thing is that there is a karaoke center nearby that can be a bit noisy but lucky it stops by about 10 or 11pm.

Not even sure where to begin. The service, hospitality and kindness you will experience here is just on another level. Definitely one of our best stays so far, even though the rooms are basic. The rooms are the cleanest we have experienced in Lombok. For breakfast you can order a few different things, which were all tasty. Plus there’s some bread to take and toast for yourself.We booked a snorkelling tour to the secret Gili’s with White Rose and it was just perfect. Rei drove us to the little harbour and we had a lot of interesting chats along the way about the way of living in Indonesia. The tour itself was well organised and the guide was really guiding and shooting footage on the GoPro.So needless to say, we really enjoyed our time here, especially because of the kind people. They are so friendly and hospitable, we really had to get used to it and felt like too much at times! After checking out, Rei and his wife drove us to Kuta, but we stopped along the way to pick up his daughter, to have a good cup of coffee together and try some local street food (you should try Rujak too, it’s awesome)! A truly remarkable experience and something you just won’t get in a resort or hotel.Even after leaving, Rei was still very helpful and offering us a lot of assistance with different things.We would really recommend staying here. In our opinion you get way more than what you pay for.

Their kindness, warmth hearted, and beautiful soul is too great to tell in a word - i can cried.We have no chance to try their breakfast as we need to leave early in the morning. Their willing to wake up early to bid us good bye. I am touched by their hospitality. Semoga semua staff Whiterose sentiasa dalam limpah rahmat dan kasih sayang yang maha agung..
