An excellent stay in New Balengkudua! Everything was renovated at the beginning of 2024, the rooms are very comfortable and everything has been designed for comfort (loan of bathrobes, sarung, beach hat, etc.). An excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. And what can we say about the team, they are at the top 😊. Eka was great, helped us book the return boat and did everything to make us feel at home. Real sunshine and good humor. Thank you 😊😊😊

Amazing stay here, delicious breakfast made to order every morning. The rooms are fabulous, just like the pictures, the staff are lovely and so helpful. Lovely pool. The place is kept very clean.

A truly paradisiacal place on the island. Centrally located, so you can reach everything quickly. The breakfast is first class. The rooms are new, clean and well equipped. The mattress is very comfortable. Everyone is super welcoming - really like a second home.

100% recommended, we were lucky to spend our stay in this great hotel.The rooms were spacious, very well equipped with smart TV, minibar, closet, and the owners took care of every last detail such as bathrobes, slippers, hats, sarongs, shower and beach towels, even a beach bag if necessary. The mattress was too comfortable, air conditioning in perfect condition, as well as a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The spacious bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water, with a hair dryer and straightener, all very aesthetic 🤗The common areas in perfect condition, clean pool with lounge chairs and hammocks.It has varied and very filling, delicious breakfast options.I highlight the hotel for the great service provided, everything very clean, the staff very friendly and eager to help in every way. The owners are very concerned about providing the best conditions to take advantage of your stay at Gili Air, managing bicycle rentals, tours, laundry service and others.EXCELLENT HOTEL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Feels like a family with staff being so helpful. Amazing breakfast from Andes and Endong organized a fabulous snorkeling trip today for us. This place is exceptional!
