This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to the country. The room was uncomfortable, no privacy, and the mattress was so bad that I could feel every spring digging into my back. The whole place felt neglected and far below basic standards. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, which was by far the worst of my entire month-long stay in Indonesia. The “personal terrace” turned out to be right by the narrow entrance, meaning every single person entering the hotel walks right past you—absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The mattress was the cheapest, most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen in any hotel here. Just the thought of having to sleep on it was enough to give me back pain.The owner, an unpleasant English woman, was extremely rude and dishonest. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and it became clear very quickly that she has no regard for her guests’ comfort or experience.I left the hotel less than 10 minutes after checking in because I would rather lose the money than stay in such a horrible place.Avoid this place at all costs!

Our experience was really very good.The breakfast was very good, the owners very nice.They take care of 2 cats who were near us near the bungalows, they were very cute.Unfortunately the downside remains the same on this island… the mosque will wake you up every day at 4am. This is not their fault but should be noted when booking.

We stayed here for 4 nights while on the island a second time. Rooms are lovely, clean and with AC. Our only criticism was occasionally the bathroom smelt of plumbing but it seemed to come and go.Staff were super lovely and even made us breakfast earlier so we could eat before diving!The local cats are so cute and very chatty!Thank you for a lovely stay. It's a nice quite place, right on the main road.

Super nice and centrally located accommodation. There is a very cute terrace with comfortable seating. There is everything you need and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is included and very tasty. I'd love to come back when I'm on Gili Air again 😊🙏.Thank you for the wonderful time with you!
