I don't know if this has since been fixed, but their location was wrong on the map when I booked. It was also wrong on Google Maps. I went to where the map on Agoda and Google brought me, which had an Airy sign out front, and stayed there. After a few days, and after extending my stay, I was told that my booking was actually at a place 3km away, not walking distance to the beach, and that I would have to pay the place I was staying at even though I already paid Airy Senggigi 2. Airy Senggigi 2 did not refund me the cost even though they never contacted me. Their location was wrong on the map, and I believe this was false advertising. I gave them plenty of time to fix this, and they never did, so I was charged for two hotels. They haven't budged and I would never stay at their place.
