Beautiful viewUnfortunately we were surprised by a rat in the room on the first night. We informed the staff the next day and nothing was done. The next day she surprised us in the bathroom... We informed the hotel staff again. However, again nothing was done.Price and performance ratio is not right at all. Overnight stay without the room being cleaned and breakfast included, warmed up and served on aluminum foil.We left the accommodation a day earlier and went to another hotel.Cannot recommend Mora Royal Villa.

The hotel has a very nice view from the hill. The room is also very spacious, clean and beautiful. Also with high ceiling balinese concept. We loved everything about this hotel. The location also strategic to mataram and senggigi to get dinner and massage by bike. Zarek was so helpful during our stay. Just to improve on the hair dryer and also would be nice if they can provide slipper in the room. Not to forget our room have a very big balcony 😃.
