Be Warned the Villa was booked in April 2022 for Stay in July 2023. This villa was fully booked for July/August 2023. They then cancelled the booking saying they were having renovations....Yes renovations when they are fully booked up. Challenged the fact they were fully booked and seemed like they had cancelled our booking to take a more profitable booking....no reply. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Been in touch with BBC Watchdog and they are interested in the situation that we find ourselves in!

The location and the view from the villa was amazing, and the villa is like the pictures.The host was quite hostile from the first moment we stepped in the villa. We were 8 adults and 3 children, with both domestic and international guest, I guess she didnt like that there were domestic people in the villa. We felt like we lived there by here grace all the time.Not only the host was hostile, but the housekeeping lady didnt smile or made any greetings all the 6 days we were there. Nobody helped us offering to carry stuff out and in from the car, they just stood and looked at us each day.I have spent probably more thant 200+ hotels in my life and more than 10+ villas. This is by the far worst by a host ever, we didnt feel welcome. We really like to stay there when host and housekeeping couldnt be seen. So if you can ignore the host and crew, I guess this is still a place to be at.We had severel issues with towels during our stay. First day we arrived, we only got 4 pool towels and 6 bath towels when we were 11 people. We several times had to request towels, tissue and soap each day, they were not placed dere after clean up.If we could rent the villa again without host and crew, we would come back, because the view is amazing.
