Today I went to a seminar at the hotel. Before the seminar, the equipment had to be set up before the work started. The hotel manager came to scold the team (who were customers) and their manners and bad manners, making them lose their temper without control. Emotions which the customer tried to speak nicely to, but this GM was very bad from the moment we met him. GM. Coming to this hotel is extremely bad. There is no Service Mind. The company intends to hold training events here often, both in the rooms and the training room. Right now, I'm not impressed at all (the GM is the only one), the other employees in every department are extremely cute and have the utmost service-mindedness. Kudos to the captain And the aunt of the housekeeper who came to pay respects and apologize on behalf of... Mrs. GM.Therefore, I would like to ask the CEO of the hotel to consider working for this GM as quickly as possible!!!!. Otherwise Guests and customers disappear and your reputation is damaged.

The bathroom walls are a bit messy. There is dew in front of the toilet. With a pile of hair, there were towels, but no hair towels. The light on the cabinet doesn't turn on. Because it had been removed and put in the electrical cabinet. The corridor is quite dark. No slippers The shampoo soap holder doesn't fit. Easy to find near the entrance to Nakhon Sawan city. The mattress is clean and comfortable to sleep. There are hard pillows and soft pillows to choose from. Parking is a bit less.

When staying at a hotel, pay first. It's normal. We informed and issued an invoice, but the bed room was not good, so we asked to change to a new room. There is an additional charge, but the hotel invoice says it cannot be fixed. It cannot be fixed at all. The GM customer is not here. The customer must pay more. But the invoice was not corrected.The service is very bad. Just fix the invoice.

Good, near the red light intersection. Phahon Yothin Road, the main road, bridge over the Chao Phraya River. Turn right at the red light and enter the city a little. Close to the delicious rice porridge shop on the same side. Easily pops out Across the street there is a 7/11 convenience store and a Krungthai Bank ATM. There are motorcycles for hire. In the evening until late at night, there is a hawker center selling radna on top of Hia Chamnian, whose youngest son is a cook. It's a soft pork gravy. Soft and delicious meat, next to 7/11 store.
