There's nothing disappointing about Fulmar. The only minuses are that there is no hairdryer in the bathroom and there is no Qibla arrow. the rest is really okay. in terms of price, facilities, staff, environment, very satisfying at that price. In the room there are 2 glasses, 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 cutlery, there is a public kitchen too, so you can cook or wash cutlery. get free 2 mineral waters. The location is behind the Maranatha campus if I'm not mistaken, so there are lots of people selling food & laundry, so if you stay at Fulmar you don't need to bring a lot of clothes because they can be washed. Oh yes, before staying you have to deposit 200 thousand, but it will be returned when checking out. The best thing about Fulmar is that the room lighting is really good!! that's how good it is (for me)

I was disappointed that I ordered 2 rooms but got a noisy one because there was constructionThen it was moved, then we were separated and not next to each other and we still heard the sound of hammering, the room had lots of mosquitoesDeposit money 400 thousandHopefully next time it can be adjusted so that guests can get rooms that are not crowded

Overall nice room with affordable price. Soft bed, and clean AC. Do bring your own hair dryer though. The downside was the TV screen, itβs kind of brokenβ¦ and there was some construction going around during our stay so it was pretty noisy

Stayed 1 night here, in single guest room. The room was nice, the bed is clean, everything is good.What i like;The room was with balcony.Beside coffe and tea, they provide little snack in the room. A plate, bowl, and cutlery are also in the roomThe desk are comfy for work, and it also come with light on the corner of the desk.Unfortunately there was renovation going on when i stay, so a bit noisy for me.The wifi need to be logged in again and again after my laptop restart.

Just returned from staying 5 days. At first I wasn't sure, my wife chose.Once you enter, the experience is extraordinary.Hotel-style boarding house. The management is pro ππComplete facilities. Towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, hanger, iron, cable TV, water heater, hot shower.There are even cutlery and cutlery plates.Can clean the room every day. Plus compliment tea, snacks that can be refilled every day. There is a public kitchen. The dispenser is always filled with gallons. Complete life here, no worries πThere is also a balcony.The middle room is cozy. Cozy terrace. Can be used for discussions / work / assignments / guests.2 floors or 3 floors. There's no elevator, but it's still really okay. Regular parking.Receptionist, security guard, roomboy, all helpful.Quiet, comfortable, friendly environment.Lots of food selling around. Easy access.Aahh joss, really recommended ππππ

Instant check in, clean, nice comfy place. It's just a shame that the internet has a limit, maybe because this place is actually a boarding house. Because I had some work, I zoomed into the meeting several times and after that the internet became slow π
