The apartment is not habitable, the TV is dead, the shower is dead, the AC is not cold, don't waste your money staying at a hotel like this

Choose to rent this apartment unit via the Booking/My Room application because there are activities in Unjani and it is closest to the location. Of the 4 rooms that were rented, all of them were dirty, had thick dust, the bed sheets looked like they had been used and had not been cleaned for days. The dust in the corners and between the cupboards was really thick, there was 1 unit that only had 1 light on. It was really dim, the sheets in one of the rooms had light brown spots + thick dust. In the other room the mattress was broken. Almost all 4 bathrooms are malfunctioning. 1 sprinkler for the cebok was broken, 1 shower didn't come out with water at all, one came out but there was no warm water (even though the room specifications had hot water). 1 room already has residents milling about, aka cockroaches. We don't expect luxury hotel-like accommodation, but at least please provide a proper place, suitable for resting and studying.

the floor was dirty and sticky, the room was dusty and the sheets were really dirty, there were lots of mites on the mattress. but I don't want to stay there because I've already paid for 3 days and when I go home I have to go to a dermatologist because my whole body is full of red bumps from being bitten by mites.

the unit we don't live in is nice and spacious, the parking lot is also spacious, we can cook, the market is close, you can just walk there, the swimming pool is also clean.

The staff is very kind, helpful, fast response and friendly, the location is also very strategic, easy to access transportation, close to minimarkets and places to eat.For this price, getting 2 bedrooms is very good, cleanliness is also good, the rooms and rooms are really clean. although for a room with 1 bed, the mattress was quite concave, so my mother who slept there was a bit "slid" down. No blankets for small rooms. There is only one light in the living room but it doesn't bother you at all, 1 towel and toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, there is an electric kettle and cutlery. The TV is on and there are lots of channels, smoothly. Clean toilets. Overall it is still comfortable for a short stay, especially for those looking for a room for 3 people in Cimahi.

The facilities are not really adequate, I rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and 1 single bedroombut only 1 glass is provided, the spoon is only a plastic spoon which breaks easilythe dishes and kitchen utensils all smellthere is no pan or utensils for cookingthe ricekooker is dead, the tv is dead, and there is no wifi!!So I've given up huhu, my intention to go on holiday ended up being in a bad mood but it was really far from expectations
