There is a hot spring pool, you were lucky to get a room on the lowest floor because there is direct access in front of the poolThe rooms are beautiful and quite spacious, only from the bathroom there is a slight smell (if I remember correctly I was room 112)The sheets are clean, the bed is very comfortableThe restaurant on the top floor has a very nice interior, the room I took did not include breakfast, but the restaurant provided it for an additional 50 thousand, there were western and Indonesian menus with quite large portions

Nice, modern hotel with a small open air hotspot. Rooms are clean, however, there are coakroaches in the hotel. The staff is excellebt, they are very helpful. Rooftop restaurant with panoramic view. We got diarrhoea from the food. There is a separate big hotspot resort with 15 pools 3 minutes from the hotel.

Affordable price, very comfortable when staying there, hot spring pool which is specifically for hotel visitors, there is parking for motorbikes and cars, coincidentally the rooms also have really good views, the hotel staff are all friendly too, basically it's really cool

The room does not have air conditioning because the place is cold, but when the doors and windows are closed it feels hot, not comfortable when sleeping. should also put an air conditioner or a fan. The driveway is also bad,

Come 8 o'clock the side dishes are almost all gone. the waiter was caught saying "it's been a long time coming, the food is finished and angry"Can't a hotel this expensive be ready to provide what is already lacking???? the stairs floor is always wet. room electricity goes up and down. 1.7 doesn't seem worth it. 1 more noodle tastes bland.....

Noodles are tasteless, food and drinks take a long time to refill, the stairs are always wet which can be dangerous for people going up and down, you have paid a lot of money" here you only use stairs to go up and down, the service in the restaurant is not good. The top floor and ground floor are not clean, make please improve the staff's attitude

The floor of the room had a lot of dust, the lights were having problems every few minutes. In one hotel the lights went out for about 6 minutes but after that they went out again.

Disappointed, the reception has lied, prefers walking guests over guests who order online even though the price is the same... When I first checked in, the Dulexe Mountain View room was fully delivered, it turned out that tomorrow no one was there, no blessings to you, front desk... Is it also a gang of management manipulation,,🤣

The TV doesn't work, the wifi doesn't connect, the breakfast menu isn't delicious and has minimal variety.Luckily the view is good, you can clearly see Mount Sibayak when the weather is clear and there are cold and hot water pools.
