The location of the villa is right on the edge of the main road so it is easy to find, but from the outside the building doesn't look like a villa but like a factory or shophouse. Enough parking for 2-4 cars.The villa keeper is friendly and willing to help find fish and the like along with other ingredients for grilling dinner.

my experience staying at this place. very, very unpleasant. First, the female employee in the hijab was not friendly and I just found out that I had to pay 100 thousand per person, usually I only know. If it's more, people just pay for an extra bed. and all the time there I brought my own plastic plates and glasses but when I went home. There are no plates 1 and glasses 3 and we have to replace 50 thousand per piece. Sis should have recalculated our front from the start. because we were confused and didn't feel like we were using it but lost it. It's better to stay in a villa that is very expensive but we are free and don't have many rules regarding these zones. That's it, the water in the bathroom is salty, the beach is also a coral beach and the water is as bad as in Ancol. My parents are from Banten and we have all lived in Jakarta since birth... we are really tired of staying here... when we finish our pilgrimage, it's better to just look for another villa but you have to stay here

There are some that I like and some that I don't like1. The appearance is like a shophouse, even though there is a swimming pool inside, but the water is not good.2. The staff service is really lacking, it's like people are just hanging around on guard. The one who cleaned it wasn't really clean until the bathroom was still very muddy3. The living room is spacious and there are 3 rooms, but only the bedroom is air-conditioned. I suggest that the living room at least have a large fan in the middle so it doesn't get too hot.4. There is no breakfast for a villa priced at 2.7 million, which isn't really true, where to eat is far away5. The water channels are really bad. Please pay attention to those who own villas so that there are still people who want to rent them. The drain in the kitchen was so badly clogged that the staff had to dismantle the water and collected it in buckets. We were disgusted when we saw it. Which is not just the kitchen, in both bathrooms the water also didn't turn on because the staff forgot to check. It's really bad I swear there are people taking a shower so you have to wait until the water is filled first!!6. There are no cupboards, clothes hangers or toiletries.I don't really recommend it for a holiday with a large family

The place is really recommended, the only suggestion is that for the living room/family room you should use AC, it's a bit hot too. WiFi facilities must also be considered. Thank You

Booked for 3 bedroom type for 2 night.What i like:1. The location is on the main road of tanjung lesung2. Sea view and direct access beach3. A swimming poolWhat i dislike:1. The villa officer not friendly, especially if you have not deal for a booking with the owner. He almost does not allow me to enter until i called the villa's owner2. It has a direct access beach, but the beach itself is dirty since it is not a beach for tourists attraction3. Since it does not give a breakfast or meal, you must search for yourself and you much go rather far away to search for a restaurant or foodcourt.4. The living room is so hot especially in the afternoon, they only placed a fan for cooling. But at least the bedrooms are air conditioned.5. No toilet amenities, they only give you towels.6. There is a rooftop, thats it. No ornament or something to make it cozy.Suitable for:BusinessNot suitable for:Vacation

Villa Mandabelle:It's just the room, there is no cupboard or small sideboard, and there are also no clothes hangers...Modern building...The beach cannot be used for swimming, because it is murky...If you like fishing, there is a spot at the estuary/beside the villa... the spot is great. Baung fish, mullet and barramundi..

Those who greet guests are not friendly, there is no smile at the security guard, there is no soap or shampoo available which should be there for the price of 2.7 million per night. Well, it's pretty bad service for me😌

Booked 1 villa 6 bedrooms xtrabed 7The swimming pool is cloudy, the pool filter pump is only turned on in the morningthe bbq dinner cost 3 million, it wasn't a bit full, the squid wasn't cleaned, it was really annoying, because the people at the villa were grilled, they were too lazy to put on grilling spices, it was just grilled like that, so it was bland.BF's menu includes rice with tempe and 1/2 egg.The swimming pool and gazebo area has a lot of big red weaver ants, it's really scary if they get bitten.And there are rooms with lots of ants too.Extra beds don't have towels.When I came home on WA, I took a photo of the broken bowl and claimed 50 thousand for the plastic bowl.The point is, I'm tired of not wanting to come here anymore.Fortunately, the air conditioning in all the rooms is cold and the sheets are quite clean.

That's what created the concept of a lobby on the 2nd floor, but if you take the elevator it says on the 1st floor from the outside, whose lobby is on the 1st floor? The other day I went up and down the lobby elevator and couldn't find it, it turned out the signage wasn't clear and the yellow lights, try replacing them with white, definitely look more lively.
