The rooms are quite comfortable and the position is strategic because it is directly in front of the beach so when you wake up in the morning you will immediately find the beachThe service is less than satisfactory, both in terms of breakfast and the CS is rarely available

Strategic hotel location on the beach...The rooms are spacious, clean, fragrant, the AC is cold, the wifi is a bit slow...There is no coffee maker available, let alone coffee...Breakfast is only provided with snacks/cakes and coffee...The bathroom is clean, except that the drain hole/floor drain is right in the middle of the entrance, so if your feet step in, you are prone to entering the drain hole...Warm water is available, the bathroom door needs to be repaired/replaced...

Why do we give 1 star because of several very disappointing things, here are some of what we experienced at this hotel:1. The receptionist service was very unresponsive, when we asked for the room to be cleaned the answer was that housekeeping was busy, we waited for some time but it never came. After being asked, it turned out that they were busy taking care of preparations for rooms to be rented by private companies and the receptionist emphasized that they were the priority, while what were we doing?2. The hotel bathroom has lots of insects3. The water in the bathroom flows very little

1. Have been here twice but there hasn't been any good advertising improvement from the receptionist who always disappears.2. Then, to deposit the ID card, you should just copy/photograph it... no need to bring the ID card.3. The bathroom has lots of insects, use hexos immediately.4. VIP room 450 thousand xm given 1 towel and 1 drinking bottle,5. The bedroom is really comfortable

1. MUST use a generator, if yes, the lights go out from 9 am to evening, there is no generator.2. The bathroom still needs circulation/hexous so that the smell doesn't get musty and there aren't lots of insects.The rest is great ππ»The room boy and reception also responded quickly ππ»
