I have some suggestions for the 22housing system, branch 8, Nguyen Van Ngoc, Cong Vi...The room is beautiful, new and fully equipped as shown in the picture. But the branch management is very poor.When you talk very loudly and harshly, it can be said that you lose sympathy from the first time you meet. I rented a room and in the morning I had guests, but they only went up to the room to talk for a bit and the manager had an extremely bad attitude. So I checked out and changed to another branch right then and there. There is no night parking area for guests, and guests who bring their cars in are harsh. INSTEAD OF A BAD ATTITUDE, SHE COULD USE SOFTER WORDS SO THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE A FAVORITE AND COME BACK AGAIN.I hope the owner of 22housing will work there again.Actually, this vacation at the branch was extremely bad.

Those who come to Hanoi, Vietnam for work.If you are one of the following people, this serviced apartment may be suitable for you.・First of all, single people who come for the first time on a short business trip (those who want to reduce the rent by cutting breakfast)・Single people who want to cut down as much as possible as this is a “research assignment” to determine full-scale expansion.・Single people who have to see Hanoi at the same time as Ho Chi Minh, and have to come up with the rent for an apartment in Hanoi from a set budget.・A store owner who wants to open a store in Hanoi on his own but wants to keep costs down for the time being.Anyway, this is a newly built serviced apartment that was just built in April 2024.Moreover, the rent is cheap.What's more, it's right in the middle of Japantown, which is packed with Japanese restaurants.However...the room is small at 20m2 for studio and 35m2 for 1 bed.The next step is to consider the area of your home.This is a recommended residence for those who have the responsibility of deciding whether they can do it in Hanoi or not.It's a new building, so all the furniture and appliances are new and comfortable.
