the rooms are quite clean, the location is a bit deep. who was really disappointed when checking out there was no grace period. Even though I said if I wanted to pray first, the latest would be 12.30. whereas I checked out at 12.25 instead I was charged 50 thousand. That's crazy... the employee reprimanded him on the morning of August 25 with no tolerance. I stayed on the 24th. Sharia guest house but for prayer times there was no tolerance. won't come here againI've tried all the hotels from the cheap ones to the expensive ones, they all have the same policy if we've talked about it from the start

Comfortable, cool, clean place. The rooms are very clean for around 200 thousand. There is free mineral water in the rooms & a dispenser is provided and in the front lobby area there is free tea and coffee too. The location is quite cornered at the end of a residential alley, so there's no noise from passing vehicles. BTW, there are several accommodations there too, not far from the location, so to book directly there are still lots of options to go to other hotels if they are fully booked.

This is the second time we have stayed here, the rooms & toilets are clean and comfortable. Hopefully we can continue to be a regular when we go on holiday to Bandung.

Very homey, feels like coming home.The entrance to the housing complex is through a portal/gate which will be closed at night.Parking outside / in front of the hotel but very safe.The officers are friendly. Suitable for those who want to holiday in Bandung but have a minimal hotel budget

Feels like at home!Maybe that's the first on my mind.The room was really comfy, even though not really spacious. It's clean and neat with minimalism concept. They provide a sajadah in the room, which is not many hotels do. In front of the room there's sofa as well.Whole building is full with aesthetic-thing and Instagrammable. Very suitable to take a picture. In front of the lobby there's mini affordable restaurant selling food and snacks. There's free tea and coffee for every guest. Staffs were nice and helpful. Spending two nights and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Sembilan House!

Even though the entrance is a bit deep into the housing complex and it is located at the very end, it turns out the hotel is not bad!Clean, comfortable rooms, 24 hour receptionist.He doesn't provide breakfast, but there are indomie, meatballs, etc. Quite happy with this place!

A good budget hotel..only 250k..the admin also responds quickly..when I checked in it was already late on the street at the portal but you could call the phone and it was picked up quickly and opened immediately without waiting long..

Alhamdulillah, it was comfortable to stay overnight in Bdg, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the admin and receptionist were fully helpful, strategic location

Finally, I tried staying at a boarding house hahaha 😅, called Sembilan House Syariah, which is located in the Setra housing complex. The car park only fits 2 cars, the rest have to park outside. At 13.30 you can check-in. A deposit of 50K per room at a price of 200K/night/room is sufficient for the condition of the room. This accommodation model is industrial so the floors are not even tiled. The room just fits, the left and right sides of the bed all meet the wall.The mattress was shaking and collapsing in room 204 😅, just be grateful, just for rest and sleep. Even though this is sharia, that doesn't mean non-Muslims can't stay here. Luckily the AC stays cold and there is a TV, table chairs and electrical sockets plus a cupboard for storing things.
