Uninhabitable.
Mould everywhere. The shower water was brown and rancid. Had to leave straight away and find another hotel. Property refused to be contacted for a refund.

Bad hotel, too expense for what you get. Dirty, noisy, equipments broken (lamps, TV, …).
We just stay here for one night on the way back from Raja Ampat. Avoid this place.
