Talaip Homestay

I just left Talaip Homestay 2 days ago and now I'm moving to Waisai. My feeling when the ship left its anchor was that I was immediately sad, for some reason. A beautiful and pleasant place to stay and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. We won't get a cell phone signal there, at first we might think "wow, how does it feel to not get a signal?" But after I felt it was really good therapy, especially for those who are addicted to cellphones. OK, I'll review a few things.1. FOODThe food there is delicious, we ate fish and squid which were caught directly from the sea in front, so it was still fresh. The spices are simple, not varied but the taste is very delicious. The fish and side dishes from the sea are fresh because they are directly caught. So don't worry about food, you won't starve.2. ROOMS AND FACILITIESThe shape of the house and rooms is very unique because it is made from a series of leaves, perhaps coconut leaves. A simple but nice room for a place to rest. The bathroom is shared with other residents, but if the trip here is crowded with friends, the homestay will definitely be ours hehe.The facilities here are really cool too. In front of the room is the beach and sea. There are also chairs for relaxing. We can also snorkel directly in front, really cool, right? There are 3 homestays in this area, but for the view and being able to snorkel directly in front of the room, it's the only one at Talaip.3. ACCESS AND VESSELSAccess to everywhere here is good, not too far. If you want to get to the top of Wayag 1 and 2, it's only 1.5 hours by fast boat. Piyanemo is also close, Lake Bintang is also close. What's even cooler is the captain of the ship, Mr. Ever, he really understands the direction of the wind and waves, so it's definitely safe if you go on an adventure with him, just tell him to go straight away. Oh yes, he also understands fishing locations, because yesterday we caught fish hehe.That's more or less my honest review for Talaip Homestay. Talaip Homestay, really a favorite.. It's fun.. I'm so happy stayed here.. Feels like home.. The food is really delicious.. All the dishes are fresh.. At one with nature.. In front of the homestay is directly the beach where you can enjoy snorkeling straight away coral reefs and passing fish. Shared bathroom but it's clean, and the water comes straight from the spring so the water is really cool. At night, accompanied by the sound of the waves and early in the morning the sound of birds wakes up... Our Captain (Evert) is SUPER CHAMPION!! Coincidentally, he owns this homestay. Will miss this homestay. Missing Capt.'s family. Evert and his cooking. I'll come back again someday.

Very comfortable and clean, provides peace of mind, very suitable for those wanting a honeymoon and looking for inspiration in writing activities. Miss going back to Talaip Homestay Wayag
