The location is very good, a bit on the edge of town so it's quiet. Located close to Amahusu Beach, the starting point of the Ambon-Darwin regatta. Right next to the hotel is Alfamart, while Indomaret is 50 meters away. This hotel is widely known but the rates are not high.Location right on the beach. The room balcony overlooks Ambon Bay. The hotel has a restaurant with an open-air seating area on the beach, equipped with benches for sunbathing. There is a mini cinema and banquet hall which can be used for receptions. Apart from hotel rooms, there are also several bungalows. Within the hotel premises there is also a BNI ATM.The building construction is quite sturdy, but lacks maintenance. Unplugged sockets, table lamps without light bulbs, water heater that didn't work, window locks that weren't installed properly looked abandoned. The most surprising thing is that guests are required to hand over 50K as collateral to get the key to the room they have booked. The hotel also did not provide toilet paper, even though requested. Additionally, there is no reception after 8pm.The number of employees is very low. The good thing is, the employees are friendly and polite.

When I came here the name was not a hotel but Cafe Tirta Kencana...The position is on the edge of the sea... the menu here is just ordinary grilled fish which is served less than delicious, not fresh enough with a less delicious taste, the spices don't taste good...There is delicious juice here, Gandaria juice. Spacious parking... the sea view is better at night. Friendly service.
