The receptionist service is very fast👍, looking at the review results from Google, there are lots of good ones and I immediately chatted with the admin from WA and the reply didn't take long. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, there are only a few things that need to be repaired, such as the bathroom door, the closed lid has been knocked off one side, the water heater is not optimal after running it for a while and it's not warm, another thing that is clear for those who want to stay here is highly recommended because it is far from noise and quiet. Motorbike users don't need to worry because the motorbike will be entered by the inn keeper

Here's our experience staying here.- Affordable prices- Facilities are quite good- Very strategic location- clean rooms, water heater functions well.When checking in we were told to choose whether we wanted the 1st or 2nd floor, because we were too lazy to climb the stairs we chose the 1st floor.Motorbikes are helped to get inside at night, so it's safe.God willing, if you go to Berastagi. we would choose to stay here again.

Cheap prices for its strategic location,near the fruit market to buy souvenirs, there is a villa too, next to it is the Acacia cafe and there is an Alfamart.Rent a family room for 310 thousand for 2 adults + 2 children, very worth it, provided with prayer mats, soap, towels, mineral water, there is a cupboard, there is a public kitchen on the floor. 1,I got a room where the hot water was really hot, then cold and then hot again, but the other rooms that were also booked were fine.Request: there is a kettle on each floor.

The rooms are clean, neat and don't smell bad, only the TV doesn't have any broadcasts so the kids are bored, then the bathroom is a bit slippery.
