Sorry, I only gave two stars, I stayed at this hotel when I and my husband went home to Masohi, it's quite far from the airport, but if you go to the nearby port, the first stay was good service, I came because it wasn't check-in time yet, so did I? waiting, that wasn't a problem for me, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the water was hot too, it was ok for the first stay, then when I wanted to go home Jakarta, I'm staying overnight again, I booked two days beforehand, I had to check in at 2 o'clock because of the long journey, I arrived at the hotel at 16:30, when I wanted to check in I was still told to wait, even though it was already past check in time, I was told to leave my room at 17:00, and the room the receptionist gave me did not match the room I booked, with full reasons, in this case the booking Hey, how can you say it's full... This is the room where the receptionist gave me a family room with a bigger size, but he said no additional fees... Then I went into the room he mentioned, after entering the room, what happened? The light didn't turn on, then, called security, I fiddled with it, but it wouldn't turn on, finally, from the 3rd floor I was moved to the 6th floor in the same room, and the light came on, I thought, it's safe, I opened the suitcase and took it. toiletries, eh, the door was knocked, imagine how my heart wouldn't be annoyed, we were told to move again to the 2nd floor, imagine trying it, I'm angry, this is I'm staying overnight, I booked it first, you know, two days before, the service was really bad, you should have checked first, which room was the right one for my order, don't play around with orders, come here and there, I'm about to take a shower, I was told moved, then I moved to the 2nd floor, the room was according to my order, the AC was not cold enough, and the water too, ordered Yes, check carefully first, the room, don't play games, just tell me, this floor is the same room, I don't know if there's a problem with the electricity, whatever the reason, I've definitely booked the room, I paid, it means the room is available, even if I'm late checking in. ,, don't say the room is full,, that's strange,, thank you...

It is not recommended to stay here again.. at the time of booking, our group ordered 5 queen bed type Smart Double Room rooms, but of the 5 rooms only 1 room had the AC cold.. 4 rooms had the AC hot, even though it was set to a temperature of 16 degrees and full fan. I even complained but it's still hot...
