When we entered there was a doormat on the table when we lifted it and there were lots of cockroaches, the manah was dirty, the 400 Rb room didn't have hot water, I've been here several times and never got hot water, not recommended at all

For 500 thousand can you get a room like this? Wkwkwk... Sorry, I really don't recommend it. The sheets were torn. Get a room with less lighting. The AC just works... The cupboards are also outdated. As for cleanliness, it's not bad. It's just not comfortable

The location is easy to find, close to several delicious culinary delights and souvenir centers.The check-in process is fast and the service is friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are clean and very soft, making you sleep comfortable. From the room you can view the city of Ambon on the hillside and towards the harbor.I ordered a super deluxe room for under 300 thousand, quite cheap.

Breakfast is available for 2 people and there is a charge of 50K for additional children.Hotel facilities include parking area, swimming pool, elevator.The room is quite spacious with an additional sofa. Strategic location, economical price. Luckily, I was able to get a free upgrade 😁. When staying, the hotel was quite quiet, there was an empty spot near the pool for morning yoga 🥰. Thank you Pacific Hotel Ambon.

A very clean, neat, comfortable hotel and friendly people

Just checked out of this hotel. At first we were open to accepting all the facilities available, the only thing we complained about was that the AC wasn't cold, and the fast response immediately fixed it and it was cold.BUT, when checking out they asked about the broken shower head. LAH. That's what we said from the start, just accept it. When I first entered, the shower head was already lying at the bottom. When I lifted it and tried to put it on, it turned out it was broken, which means it wasn't broken because of me, my husband or my children. What's annoying is that they seem to insist that it's not broken and don't want to be blamed, especially since we were the ones who came in when we first came in and it was already broken, and we also regretted that the shower head was broken, but let's just use it as is. We should be grateful that we understand the situation. Oh, there was another time when I was waiting for my snacks to be returned at the cashier, the receptionist was busy telling me about the condition of our room and that really annoyed me.Another thing that we experienced from the start was the wifi problem. We were given the wifi password but couldn't connect, when we asked the AC repairman who was repairing the AC in our room, he said it was still being repaired. That should be part of the service we get too. But we don't grumble, we just accept it gracefully.FYI, I booked a room via Agoda, after morning prayers, I opened the app and I rated it all 5 stars. But because something unpleasant happened earlier, I wanted to change my review but I couldn't. That's why just come here.Next time, it would be wiser to handle the problem with good communication with the customer. We feel accused and it's not really nice to talk about it but we're here. Ah, never mind!

Room Ok, aircon Ok, equipped with refrigerator. We came around 11.00 and they said check in only possible at 14.00 Ok we follow the rule, then on 14.00 i asked wheater the room is ready or no, but we still need to wait 25 minutes, seems they are not preparing the room after the guest check out.
