Price is okay but still rooms dont worth the money very small and cramped and big insects kept coming from somewhere also it was so dirty there were dirty dishes everywhere and so dusty. Also the owner is one of the most greedy owner i have ever seen. She bought the cheapest and poorest quality materials she could find. The pot rusted every time we cooked in it. And kitchen was so bad and useless that we couldnt make any proper food for our 1 month stay. View and the garden were the only good things about here.

Stayed there for one month, owner is super helpful, speaks good english. Bungalows are okey standard. Some holes in walls and roofs but that dident make my experience and the guesthouse any worse at all. The owner will help you with anything you need! Two amazing dogs also live there.

This place is about 4 k from Pai town. It's more Thai style, but reasonably priced. The owner, Kim, is a teacher. There are about 10 cottages, and she rents rooms out of her new house too. You'll need some kind of transport to get around.
