It's a place to stay that seems like salespeople or people who travel regularly come to stay here because it's inexpensive. We reserved through booking at 635 baht (may be cheaper or more expensive depending on the promotion and season). There are only two floors, the room is clean, the balcony is wide.

Good, quiet and clean hotel near the city center where there is the night market. The gentleman at the reception doesn't speak English, he uses a translator, but he is still very kind and very helpful.As a hotel it is spartan, but in my opinion the cost is good for the services offered.In the hotel lobby you can get a free coffee (nescaffe).

I called an hour in advance to confirm a room, and when I arrived I was informed that it was not available. I had no credibility at all and it was extremely disgusting. I'm doing a tour of northern Thailand by scooter, the mattress and pillows were the best of the whole tour so far. It is a new building, everything is very clean, quiet and large rooms. The fact that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant doesn't bother you at all, as there is a very nice Thai restaurant in the neighboring building on the left. Breakfast and very good coffee are also offered there. In addition, the very friendly owner speaks perfect English and is always there for a chat, tips and advice.
