I have ordered via Reddoors at a price of 514,000 for two rooms.When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to add more because they said the rate was 300,000/room

I booked from Agoda and have made the payment. The total I paid was Rp. 273,000 . Arriving at the place when we wanted to check in, the officer asked for an additional fee because he said the price applied and the price in the place was different. If you don't want to add more, please refund. Wherever you want to stay, when you want to check in, just check in, if you want to pay, that's the deposit money that will be returned when you check out. This is really strange. We have traveled a long way by motorbike to Iboih beach and have brought a lot of things and we are also very tired. As a guest, I was very disappointed, in the end because of a long debate and they had no intention of letting us stay, we had a refund. We'll look for other accommodation. This was a bad experience for me and my friends, I hope it doesn't happen to other friends. And the funny thing is that the inn owner has no intention of apologizing, instead he ordered his subordinates not to serve us
