Minuses:leaky floor (found out when I wanted to checkout), gypsum walls (noisy), no bolster pillows (only 4 pillows, maybe 2 instead of bolster pillows), no water heater for brewing coffee, shower a bit slow (or maybe just Just my feeling ๐

The hotel has only been around for 2/3 years but looks like it has been around for 25 years. The pictures are not reality. Also, no window could be opened so it felt very oppressive.ย โฆ

IT'S NOT WORTH TO STAY HERE!I stayed in room 211 for only 1 day, my child ate boiled sweet potatoes and then fell on the blanket. "Stains" from boiled skin made a problem with the hotel. They were ordered to COMPENSATE 200 RUB, with the excuse of SPOT because of the UBI skin, starting tomorrow it will run out of this hotel at Just doing the laundry yourself is cheaper than having to pay 200 thousandMANAGER RUNS DON'T TAKE CARE OF HIS CUST, ON THE PHONE DISAPPEARS AND THROWS RESPONSIBILITYMalak people just say there's no need to pretend to blame the customerJUST BE CAREFUL IN HOTELS THAT DON'T HAVE HOUSEKEEPING, THEN YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN CUSTOMER

This is a no frills, budget option. The rooms are small but it is clean, the staff are great, there is a good restaurant selling decent food and real coffees made with an espresso machine, and it is 300k pn! I wouldnt do a long stay here, but for a quick stop over in this dump Ambon, it is a great, probably the best, option.Edit: when I checked in I swiped my card and they informed me it had not gone through even though it said it had. I questioned it but swiped again. When I checked my end of month bill, I emailed, and they immediately rrplied that they would reimburse me. After that, noone answered emails. I tried calling, but they were in denial. Eventually I contacted my bank. 2 months later I was reimbursed, I assume as a result of a visa investigation.

I stayed at RumaRuma Farvet Residence on May 19th-28th 2024 with 6 other people and the best part of staying here is the hospitality provided by all the staffs! Ray and Ria from the Front Office did a great job in assisting us.ย โฆ

Clean, room bit small with simple breakfast. Even consider in the ambon city but not much option to find a foods. Grocery is very near with the hotel. Cons: Room partition seems is using gypsum that make sound noisy from other rooms

Really recommend, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the bathrooms are clean and don't smell bad. The service is also really good, all the employees are friendly. The rate is not up to 300 thousand/night and everything is okay, it's really worth the price.

They also sell fastboat ticket services to Banda Neira for 550 thousandYou can ask the receptionist or Rumarumaambon's IGThe elevator works well,There is amanitis,Hot water,And cold beer is available in the dining hall (paid)The location is right in front of Indomaret.

This is a comfortable and very well organised place, I stayed twice for 10 days in total, and never had the slightest cause for complaint. The staff are the what really makes it great- all really nice people, super helpful and professional, and many speaking good English, which was brilliant for me.
