The view is nice from here. The hanging seats and swings and outdoor seating gives a really beautiful view of the mountains. When we came in, we passed by the counter to see the view and the owner (I assumed) told us is a loud voice that we have to order first before we can go find a seat.There's a lot of options in the menu. It took a little bit to read through and order. The owner seemed piss that it took long we just ordered a tuna sub sandwich, an iced americano and strawberry americano.We sat by the outdoor swing since the top floor was occupied. We then heard an order number called from the speakers and a customer came down. We heard the owner reprimanded him that it was not his order number that he called. He sounded rude and it made us uncomfortable.Our order arrived. The tuna sub came with salad, fries and a slice of mango. It looked appetizing and came with condiments. While we were eating, the owner came and collected the condiments from out table without saying anything. He just went ahead and grabbed them. Iced americano was good. The one with the strawberries were surprisingly good.Bathroom was clean and stacked with soap and toilet paper. I hope the owner was just a bit friendly considering Pai is a favorite of tourists.

Five stars for the view and the setting.The owner is really strange and takes a lot of the good vibe. Really harsh and you need to order at the counter, pick the drinks up and could choose your seat afterwards.The prices are quite high for this area.

the iced lemon tea was good but also a bit pricey for the standards here - but I wouldn't complain about that! the hanging eggs and the view were good! unfortunately the owner is rude to his guests and has clear expectations to fulfill his "rules". very weird vibe. But what doesn't work at all is the hierarchical tone from the owner to his dear employees. he shoos her around and controls every move, but he himself only sets the tone. and also in front of the customers. nogo! we felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave quickly. not again!

Really unfriendly, unsympathetic owner and unpleasant atmosphere there! We spend there 20 minutes before closing and the owner was really dominant and demanding to the stuff!

The place itself is lovely. Lots of egg chairs to hang out with a beautiful view, the food was good and prices are a little high but I would say worth it.The order process is annoying as you have to order downstairs and then collect your drink when the owner shouts your number through the microphone- it seemed weird because there was lots of staff who could have brought the drinks.Was honestly just a weird atmosphere and staff were standoffish. They will shout at you through the microphone if you break their rules

From the looks of some of the other reviews this seems to be a recurring theme.The service was abysmal. The man behind the counter with the microphone yelled rudely at customers and was disrespectful to myself and my friend (we’re both born and raised in Thailand and are half Thai, Thai is our first language and we speak it fluently) this is the first time a Thai person absolutely refused to respond in Thai, just would rudely snap back in English. We felt there was a bit of discrimination at play, and he snapped at us from the moment we walked in. We had a look at the place to see if it was somewhere we wanted to stay and eat and he yelled at us to pick up a ticket number and wait in line, when I respectfully responded in Thai that we were just having a look first, he yelled back in English in front of a whole group of patrons in line something pretty petty. My friend’s food was ok, her iced tea wasn’t good but my Thai milk tea was good. We were relieved to get out of there as soon as we could. He only started trying to be nice when we returned the empty plates and he realised we were half Thai. But in some ways that was worse, felt very disingenuous. The location and set up were cool but certainly didn’t warrant paying to get barked at while waiting for a meal.

We went for coffee and a pastry. We thought the service was a bit special. The man kept talking over us in Thai while ordering. Then I noticed that my cake was moldy. I did get my money back straight away, which was nice. But unfortunately I got sick because of it.It's a place with nice views, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

It is a nice place with details and not as shabby as other restaurants/bars in Pai. The seats are comfortable and fancy.Prices are higher than normal, but it's ok, it's because of the view and location.If you want to charge your cell phone, you have to pay 50 baht.And a big minus point is the ordering process. It is self-service and the owner calls the number of the order with a microphone. Very exhausting for such a quiet beautiful place.If u are a smoker: it’s a non smoking area. You must go into the yard.
