In my opinion, the price offered in the application is not the same as the actual one, but what I feel is very helpful... it's comfortable here, the innkeeper is also very friendly... recommended for friends who want to heal or go on holiday to Takengon...

Worst experience booking a hotel so far. I ordered rooms (3 rooms) at a promotional price, when I arrived at the hotel I was forced to pay the hotel money again according to their rate because they thought it was unreasonable for the hotel price to be that cheap as in the application (even though it was a promo). I tried to explain but the hotel got angry and said "I'll just give you the money back, I don't need your money." I was tired after a long trip with my family and baby. I decided to just look for another hotel. Don't collaborate with Agoda if you don't understand how it works!!!

Booking online via Agoda for 2 rooms turned out to arrive at the accommodation when checking in. The accommodation asked for additional fees because the price on Agoda was not appropriate.I usually order online via Agoda, even in big cities like Medan, I never have problems.This is the WORST experience given by the inn!!!I canceled my stay at the inn and my money was forfeited.It's better to waste my money looking for another accommodation than adding costs with lodging that is not QUALITY!!!
