Uncle Pala Coffee uses good quality ingredients. It has its own production process. Drinks taste good. The place is beautifully decorated and has a good atmosphere.

We didn't stay here but came to eat.We come to eat At 6:00 p.m., I waited about 30 minutes and still didn't get it, so I got up and went for a walk inside. And then we slipped!! Because the floor has a lot of moss.I want this review to serve as a lesson. For people who walk around in the rainy season If it were an older person, it would be very dangerous. Luckily, my elbow hit me first. His head followed and hit his back. It wasn't hard, but he was dizzy.ðWe ordered tom yum, stir-fried vegetables, 2 plates of steamed rice, chrysanthemum lemon soda juice (eats it and tastes like plum), fried rice with fried egg, price 350 baht, the price is considered okay. But when I fell, I wasn't in the mood to eat haha.

At first I wanted to stay for just two or three days but ended up staying for nine days. The people, the family who runs this place are just so lovely and nice, they truly made me feel at home with them.The food the drinks and obviously the coffee are superb, which I can attest to as I stayed for nine days and tried almost every item on the menu, every meal I had was as good as it gets.Their garden is so beautiful that even though the lake is just two minutes from it I always ended up staying there for at least a few hours each day taking in the peacefulness of it. Also their dining balcony has just a beautiful scenic view of the forest and fields that surrounds the village.The rooms are nice and very clean and comes at a good price especially in comparison with more touristic places or the cities (they get even cheaper if you stay for more then one night ð). The shower is especially good with hot water and a strong pressure which I liked.Obviously the main attraction is the lake, that as I mentioned is just a two minutes walk from the house, and which blew away my expectations at how beautiful and serene it was.In conclusion you should come to pang oung lake, and since you will want to stay there for more than a few hours, believe me, I will highly recommend you stay at Pala guest house for the complete package.Enjoy ð.

Can't say about the rooms since I didn't stay here. I just wanted to check out the coffee operation. Nice spot coffee grown and roasted on site. In my opinion it is over roasted as it lacks body and is a bit too bitter. But a nice stop to visit and relax for a while.

Uncle Pala is an absolute legend. Rode up to his space in the freezing cold and only managed to reach at 930+pm and he and his wife waited up for us. We were freezing and hungry, and he immediately made us a fire, and cooked us a hot vegan meal of stir fried veggies and rice and a pot of home grown oolong tea. Over the next day, we had nice conversations with him and learnt about how he came to create this beautiful space of his over the years. Incredibly beautiful space, super hot gas burner shower (first i've ever seen/tried) that came very much in handy in December, clean space, campfire pit, great views, even a sitting area for tea. Can't ask for more and 10/10 would come back

Just had a coffee, quickly transformed into breakfast, arriving at 8am by scooter, a little "refreshed" by the drizzle. A magnificent place and a warm welcome.

The owner is really really kind he speaks very good English, and has a big knowledge about all the area. The food is really delicious and big portions, coffe and tea are some of the best I tried. The restaurant has a great ambience with some tables with views to the rice fields. They also have rooms I didn't stay there but they look really new and comfy.
