Very high prices and not adapted to the low season. They asked me for 7000 baht per month for a room with a fan, those who know the prices in Pai know that this is very expensive.They did not agree to make a discount, even though their place is completely empty.Very disappointing

Clean and cozy bungalow with big a bathroom! A very nice woman takes care of this place. I am really happy that i found a peace here ❤️ thank you for your care and coffee in the mornings 🙏

This hotel has a kind of charm. The rooms are pleasant and clean. Some with a view of the river, and some with a view of the large garden of the place. Very friendly atmosphere, I've had amazing neighbors here, but the lovely little staff of the place is responsible for everything.The place is quiet and pleasant, and is a 4-minute walk from the main street of the city.A huge advantage.I recommend with great warmth and love one of the sweetest and most magical hotels in Pai. The prices are also very, very decent.

Next to the Pai River, the view is good. The house is clean and the owner is very friendly. I recommend visiting temples and traveling elsewhere.

Prices vary according to the customer and depending on the day, quiet, bungalow, nice for couples, free coffee until 11:30 a.m., quick walk to the walking street of Pai

The owner's uncle is kind and provides good service.The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is comfortable, there is a water heater as well, there is parking, the view is beautiful.

The owner was very friendly and nice.The room are clean with Aircon, comfy bed.I stay here with my two huskies.There are a lot’s chickens around.If your dogs like to hunts chickens might want to go somewhere else.I wish I could stay longer here. But my dogs killed 3 chickens. The owner was very nice about it.I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and cheap rooms. No bugs inside the room and a good location to reach the main town by feet easily. Bun, the owner, is a really nice guy and very uncomplicated and chilled. He give us a lot of good tips where we could go in Pai.

I arrived after a long trip and the room was not ready because of 2 big holes in the rooftop..ok that has been raining last days But.I arrived at 3.30 pm so ..after few hours I came back and couldn't find anyone at the reception or answering the phone and finally a girl told me where he live and he let me in . it was a mission .room is really old and basic,toilet as well half open with just insect screen ..and yeah it's really small inside and just not comfortable.also the terrace is under the sun so yeah,u can't really sit and chill there during the day once it's hot. I just left after a night as it was definitely too wild for what I expected and also I paid 350 bath P/night when I found after new room with all amenities for 280 bath /day . so yeah, it worth may be 180 bath considering how old and small it is. The mattress and pillows are also really tough and hard and I found hard to sleep. The Owner was nice though,he offered me to use the common space,the fridge and also his bicycle..but yeah.I had a bad experience.

Good memory, good view, good location, super cool staff.The bread is sliced and dried. The guy is friendly and the fact that it's close to the night market is a huge plus, but if you're concerned about the room condition, give it a try.

My favourite spot in Thailand, only because of one very important thing.
"Mr BUM", the manager or should i call him: "The King", ive never experienced such a humble honest and positive man, we sat down with him for milion times even when its 5 minutes, the guy is pure gold for the place.

Excellent location, by the river and next to the night market. Mr. Boom, the host, is really charming, and in general the place is quiet, clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended☺️

A fan room priced in the early 300s is considered okay. The bathroom has hot water in the shower. Coming at the end of April, it's not hot. The fan is still working. Cool person #solotravel
