The room is comfortable & clean, the service is okay because the staff is friendly and the location is really strategic near Borobudur. Staying overnight here isn't enough. I swear, I really recommend this villa ๐ฅน๐

The water keeps turning off, and what annoys the occupants' privacy is not being maintained! It's called a villa in boking, how come guests can enter carelessly for the reason of checking the location!!!! Big No ๐๐ป

The place is really comfortable for relaxing with family, the rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen for cooking. Unique bathroom with an outdoor concept. Highly recommended to visit.

It's really fun to have a staycation here with your bestie.. A moment to remember, it's hard to move on.. The kids are happy too.. The place is spacious, cool, clean. Cm, it's a shame that the main room's TV was damaged and the roof tiles were leaking. When I complained to the lady on duty, the leaking roof tiles were immediately repaired. A comfortable, beautiful, quiet villa, far from the noise of the city, makes you feel at home, especially the swimming pool is large, but the bathroom is a bit scary ๐คญ (without a roof)

The villa is okay, comfortable... The building is also unique...The main bedroom is like an old school house but comfortable, feels like I'm back in my grandparent's house... haha...The pool is big, I really enjoyed swimming.. The service is also friendly and the response is fast.. Hopefully next time you can stop by again.. :)

Disappointed with the management of UBU VILLA Borobudur,,You can make it really fun with these 4 things:1. Breakfast: Isn't it true that the villa is cool? The breakfast is plain salted eggs, and fishy salted anchovies (maybe we didn't wash it clean enough), do you want to give us high blood pressure? All salty!!!2. Duck floaties: small leaking floaties can be repaired, why do you insist on asking for 600k to be replaced! The new price doesn't even reach 600k. What's wrong with what the bro is talking about?3. Cooking oil: including 1L cooking oil, but only a small bottle was given, the rest was hidden by the lady in the warehouse, luckily my friend asked the lady for the cooking oil...4. Knife: when we checked out we were informed that 1 knife was missing, yes, we were wrong, we didn't check before checking out, why did we take the knife home, and the lady asked for mandatory 60k compensation, doneSo, if you are planning to stay here, make sure of the conditions first before checking in... I'm afraid something like ours yesterday will happen to you...

The villa is nice, clean, spacious. Quite quiet and close to Borobudur. Got a proper breakfast, very good service. At 01.00 the electricity went out, we called the staff and immediately came and helped clean it up.
