Amazing.. we were on a motorcycle trip and got caught in serious rain.. owner opened just for us after calling and cooked an amazing meal. In general the food the host provided was incredible, all home made, even the rice and the coffee. Room (bamboo hut) was incredible to stay in. Very cozy beds and awesome surroundings.Will definitely come back!

Such a good stay! Amazing homemade and homegrown organic food, great coffee from homegrown and home roasted beans. Lovely owner who really cares about the local community and nature. Would highly recommend to go stay and eat here for a very good experience, lots of history about the area, delicious food and support a true local business.

What more can I say compared to previous reviews??? Coming here is worth it (several hours drive from Chian Mai). We only spent 3 nights there, but we would like to stay there for a lifetime.It’s simply magnificent, thank you Pen and see you soon… I was touched by your welcome

4 nights - early February 2024 We fell in love with this pretty Guesthouse perfectly run by Pen and Yan, located in a quiet village a few minutes walk from the caves.The garden is magnificent and very well maintained, the small wooden bungalows immersed in greenery are full of charm, all different, each with a pretty terrace.Comfort is simple but everything is there!The breakfasts (not included in the room price) are very good (really excellent coffee produced by the house), even better from the sunny rooftop, and the meals are absolutely excellent! We trusted Pen to prepare good local dishes (traditional Shan cuisine) for us every evening and we enjoyed ourselves!Also note the good pastries from Yan for breakfast or for a treat during the day, as well as the ice creams...Great advice for walks in the region, which has some lovely surprises in store.A little cool at night (we are in mid-mountain and we were there in winter), so plan to cover up.A real pleasure, we recommend ++!!

Pen cave homes stay is an absolute must-stay! The owner is a warm-hearted host who takes care of your well-being and wants to make you feel comfortable during your stay.The food is organically grown and delicious! The area is exciting and interesting. There are not many tourists here and it’s a really quiet and peaceful place, which we really enjoy! The villages around are nice to drive by and the lot cave is super close from your stay! We recommend going there in the morning or 2 hours before they’re closing 3:30 p.m. to have the best light atmosphere. Also there is a nice sunset/sunrise spot 10 min by scooter (just ask pen)Thank you for everything!I definitely wanna come back :-)

What an amazing stay ! The two owners are super nice and helpful ! The bungalows are very comfortable and the food from the restaurant is delicious ! We also enjoyed the garden watching all the fruits and plants that grow here. There homemade coffee is also very good ! Thank you !

Amazing hidden gem! What a lovely restaurant with such an amazing owner.Great food, great desserts and great atmosphere.Everything can be done vegetarian/vegan and they also have oat milk which is very rare in this region.Will definitely come back!

Very nice rooms, great hosts, everything is always clean and tidy. Definitely stay here for a few days. The coffee and croissants are a sin - very delicious ☕🥐🥰
