Great place. Do not order through booking, arrive on the spot and costs 400 baht as of February 20.Excellent location, but a bit noisy for those who have particular difficulty falling asleep may be problematic

23M and 21F. Stayed here one night of 4 nights in Pai. Location is great, close to walking street and the other popular bars. Pai only starts to party after 10 or so but we were able to chill upstairs and sink some bevies. The kind owner allowed me to store beers in his mini fridge. I went out that night so the loud live music didn’t stop me from sleeping as I came back when the bars closed. Room was clean. Bed was VERY hard, probably the hardest bed I have slept on. Come here for a night if you want to be close to the party.

I was fully aware that the location was right next to a loud bar, which did not bother me at all and I was perfectly fine with. Generally the room was very clean though the shower could use a good wash and the bed was extremely hard. The staff were very nice at first, allowing us to bring outside drinks and use their fridge. However, when we went to extend our stay we noticed that it was much cheaper to book online and offered to pay that amount to the owners (which, after online fees etc would result in more money for them), but they instead significantly increased the online booking price so we decided to leave. If not for this I would have given them 4 stars.

The room is a bit stuffy, the smell of the pillowcases is very musty, but if anyone is not serious, they can stay here. The price is reasonable.

Cute and cosy accommodation right in the heart of Pai. Room had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, wifi, and a fan only (no aircon) but this wasn't a problem. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and Walking Street. …
