The AC was hot.. asked for the AC to be repaired for more than an hour.. it was still hot, asked to move rooms but wasn't given it.. not worth it

There are lots of jammers everywhere hanging out everywhere, even if you want to go in there are a bunch of jammers tempting you from outside, just imagine at 3am my door was banged on by a drunken aunt, it's better for a moment, this banged for more than an hour and the room was on the first floor, really disturbing comfort. where there are no security personnel, my worst experience was while staying at the hotel and I will never come back again, the officers were quite annoying, especially the sound of the printer at the cashier's desk, which really disturbed me during my sleep and what was even more surprising was that the staff seemed apathetic, there were drunk people, just left them wondering.

The hotel is cleanThe room is clean and wide, plus the extrabad is still quite spacious, the room is comfortable,The employees are quite polite and friendly,The only minus is the breakfast, because it is delivered to the room, next time you stay here it's better not to just include breakfast.

What I like about this hotel is only the food, especially the heavy food because it tastes like comfort food at home. The menu choices are also quite enjoyable. But that's very little variation other than heavy meals. In my opinion, the fruit and dessert are really lacking. The rooms are inconsistent, some are pretty good, some are really bad. Many of the equipment is outdated and damaged. The toiletries are also lacking. In my opinion, the location is not very comfortable because the road is dark and not busy so it is not strategic.

The receptionist learned to use better language, her attitude was inferior to the other staff. The AC is not cold. The front of the room leaks when it rains. The atmosphere is ok. Spacious parking. The rooms are also spacious... Hopefully the service will get better 💪
