Stayed with a friend for 4 nights. (planned to stay for 2).Loved the location, the room was really spacious and clean, with nice balcony and a garden,A free laundry service, with amazing smell!And the most important thing is the welcoming smiling new owners of the place that made us feel welcomed and made our stay so nice.Maybe the nicest guesthouse owners I met in Thailand so far.If I had the option I would stay there longer!

The room we got was extraordinarily great value for the price, such a clean and tidy place. beds are super comfortable, sheets and towels are high quality. The yard is wide and beautiful. There’s a clean shared kitchen which they keep supplying with different kinds of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. They also offer *free* laundry service for guests!Perfectly located - 10min walk from Pai’s Main Street, yet it’s a very quiet and peaceful hill.Tinae and Dewi are too good for this world! They really care about their guests. I would say KINIMAM is a legendary place, had the best experience.

I spent over a month in Pai and absolutely adored this place. Big comfortable rooms for a fair price and a great location, not far from the Main Street yet surrounded by nature. We were a few friends staying together in bungalows next to each other and it just felt like home. And to top it all off, the caretakers Thaine and Dewi were super helpful and welcoming. They took care of everything and I really appreciate all that they did to make our stay so perfect. I highly recommend this place!

This place was a surprise because we had to change accommodation at the last minute and we found it by chance. The staff is very friendly and the bungalows are super nice! Watch out for mosquitoes🦟

Great hotel, the bungalows are very clean and very comfortable, the hosts are very welcoming and smiling! 🥹Laundry service available, a bar and restaurant is also present by the river, very chill place!! Perfect location in the heart of downtown Pai.I recommend 🥰

Had the perfect stay here, Tinee and Dewi are amazing hosts, super helpful and fun! The Bungalows are big, beds comfy, showers great and there's AC.
Just outside of the main street, about a 15 minute walk, handy if you have a bike.

Kiniman ResortWe stayed here for two months and will be back! Beautiful location, short walk from the town yet far away enough to have a peaceful escape from the city. The owner/host is so accommodating and friendly! (new management since the bad reviews) The cabins are clean and spacious with a great hot shower. Air con works great. The beds are comfy we sleep great here :)It was our favourite place we stayed in Pai.

I went camping, the price is super affordable and the space has electricity, bathroom, shower and some other facilities. It is true that the noise of the city at night echoes but throughout the day and after midnight it is super quiet and with a great view

On arrival got told that there was a "mistake" on the system regarding the room assigned, "suggesting" me a better room that was smaller, old and not what I paid for.I did not got lucky.-The hot water was disconnecting by itself after couple of minutes.- The door was faulty and when I ask for help I got the eyes rolled at me- AC impossible to set the desired temperature.- Toilet not flushing- Leftovers in the fridgeThe worst experience I had in Thailand.

Stayed for a week in a bungalow. The manager is super nice. Even offered to drive me to the bus station. When I checked our. The location is quiet and spacious. There's even room to set up tent to camp. The bungalow has a queen size firm bed. Insuite bathroom and balcony. Three options to get here. A 10 minute short cut walked from Pai walking street. The road is unpaved If carrying a luggage. A 20 minute walk along the main street or take a taxi.

I stayed for 2 nights. Tiny (the host) was friendly and has excellent management.I asked for laundry and she managed it in 1 dayThe room and The bathroom was clean and new renovated.The bedsheets are clean and smell good.I would recommended my friends to stay thereFood was amazing and reasonable price and you can enjoy the cats. If you are a cat person.

I stayed at this place because I’d read it was under new management. Apparently Pai Kiniman is the new branding. The staff spoke English and were really helpful.It’s clearly undergone some improvements and refurbishments, and they’re installing a new shared kitchen area now.The location is great if you love privacy, but just a few minutes ride from the center of Pai.It was an ideal place for me to relax while still having access to everything. Would highly recommend it.

Just don't stay here.. it's the worst nightmare in town. When i stayed there, in the room the airconditioner was out of order, it's still ok but the owner had 0 intention to fix it. They just didn't listen to me. The water looked muddy as it seemed to be right from the river nearby. U can find a lot better places in town at a better deal. Don't adventure how bad a RESORT can be!!!

Where should I start? Everything was so bad.. there was so many problems and no one to talk to. I paid cheap and got super cheap. Not worth it. I prepaid and it was so awful that I couldn’t sleep there and they didn’t give refund.. anyway I left without refund because it was not possible to sleep there. The AC was broken, no remote control so I needed to climb every time on a chair to power the AC and I have only one leg! Using crutches but they didn’t have any other solutions. Anyway the AC was just wind and didn’t cool the room. There was many problems with the water. Lots and lots of cockroaches everywhere. The door had no lock. The mattress was so painful in my back, and they don’t give you water, paper towel, or cleaning the room if you stay a while. No one gives service and even the owners are not there most of the time and also don’t speak English at all! I’m traveling low cost for 2 years.. I’m not spoiled but this was the worst place I ever stayed..

The rooms are large, but have a very small bathroom without a sink, and are quite old, although clean. The restaurant is also old and you won’t be able to relax here.Close to the center and waterfall.Owners, are you updating your hotel!

Nice accomodation you can stay long or short with reasonable price. The managers are working very hard, so if there's any request, they will try best to resolve it. Facilities are quite aged, but the place is beatiful.
